Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Great location. Beach is literally minutes away on foot. Very dog friendly. Comfortable beds. Clean. All in all a fabulous place.. bonus to see the new year fireworks over Liverpool from the windows ( it was a wet night!)

I went for Christmas to be near our sons as I was widowed on 24 December 2022 and I didn’t want to impose on them. Perfect location. Just a few minutes walk from New Brighton station with a 25 minute journey to Liverpool. Great place to stay with everything I needed. Great if you want to to the bowling alley and the theatre (I didn’t go this time but I’ve been plenty of times). Really comfortable. Loved it.

Lovely decoration in beach theme. Loved the messages in the pictures on the kitchen wall!! Clean and tidy throughout. Spacious, bright, and airy. Fabulous to have somewhere to park the car. And so close to the sea/beach.

United KingdomWe didn't experience a personal approach. My little girl had an accident so we needed assistance from the named contact at the property. A significant amount of time was then spent in Minor Injuries, which impacted on the stay and the amount of time we had to benefit from having the property as a base. There was no follow up call to check on her welfare. We would have benefitted from an extended departure time.
Very clean. Off road parking. Close to beach and attractions. Allowed pets at additional charge. Access to Netflix etc.
