We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

We loved staying at this hotel, the staff were so friendly, the room was amazing and the bed was so comfy, had amazing nights sleep, and to top it all off the food was amazing, so fresh. We will definitely be returning for another visit.

This is such a great hotel and place to stay. Excellent parking, wonderful staff, food was excellent, bed was so comfortable and I slept like a log. Breakfast was so good and bacon was cooked to perfection. I still think about that bacon! Overall a brilliant place to stay and highly recommended. Staff totally excellent and loved my stay here.

The location is stunning. Although misty when we got there, the next morning it was beautiful and you could enjoy the views. The breakfast was excellent in the morning.

United KingdomThe room we stayed in was very dated although the en-suite had been updated the shower pressure was low. The mattress could do with upgrading as it was very soft, and we didn’t sleep well.
Great position overlooking the bay. Very good breakfast and we had the carvery on Sunday which was nice. Plenty of parking and lots of outdoor space to enjoy the view.

This is the second time we have stayed here. Lovely location with beautiful views . Rooms clean and spacious with a modern clean bathroom. We had a room at the front with an amazing view. We ate in the restaurant in the evening and the food was lovely-the chicken burger with halloumi was delicious. The staff on reception were very friendly. Our room( 11) was a bit cold-despite the radiator- but my friend's room was fine so maybe just a one off issue. We will definitely return and think the hotel is reasonably priced.

This hotel is a little gem. The location is amazing and the views from both our room and the dining room are simply stunning. I've seen a couple of negative reviews of this hotel and in particular the food and quite frankly I don't understand the negative comments. Food is exceptionally good and the only criticism I could make would be the portions are very generous. The staff are great and make you feel very welcome. Its a great, small , friendly, family run hotel.
