Not great food selection and could provide a better hot offering for the money paid. Having decaf coffee option in the machines would improve significantly.

Bathroom floor and toilet needs cleaning properly so that it smells fresh and not of urine.

The original room had no hot water and so my room was changed as it couldn't be fixed. The room was well decorated with a modern feel. For student accommodation it was a very pleasant stay. Breakfast was continental with loads of choice.

The auto close on the doors meant you heard and were woken by doors banging closed. The bathroom door did the same. The gap under the room door let so much light shine in we put a towel down to block it. The huge gap under the bathroom door meant you heard everything someone's doing in the bathroom and the light shone under the door and illuminated the main room. The window roller blinds take so much winding to close and if you're short, like my girlfriend, then they're not so easy to reach.

Excellent accomodation, great value for money, there was nothing to dislike.

The location, the grounds were lovely and peaceful, free parking excellent. Close enough to town by car or bus. Breakfast was very good. Staff were are very helpful and pleasant. Having access to shops so close by.

Only pizza or pasta available in the on-site restaurant in the evening which closed at 8pm. Mini supermarket was closed at a time it was advertised as being open. The first night we had to eat the sweets snd chocolate we had bought for the road trip as nothing was open on site and didn’t fancy getting the bus in to Bath that late.

Great location, parking, great bus service, felt very safe, lots of choice for breakfast, pasta delicious and plentiful, staff very helpful.

The drain pipe of the sink was basically blocked. The size of the bed appeared to be a bit small for 2 people. Probably it was a misunderstanding, but there was no TV in the room.

Room was okay - we had enough space in the room. We liked as it was bright and quite as well as tidy.

Very hot in the room in the sunshine and unable to open the windows much.

Very convenient as attending Bath University open day. Lovely rooms for Universal accommodation. Nice en suite. Directly opposite the department we needed by chance!

It was a bit outside the town so you had to take a bus from the town centre. Bed was a small double so it was a bit tight.

Room was incredibly hot but that has nothing to do with the accommodation and everything to do with the September heatwave. No shower gel in the bathroom which was a minor disappointment

Room was clean and reasonably spacious. Continental breakfast was plentiful and good quality. All staff I came in contact with were very helpful and friendly. Loads of parking including EV charging points ... a must these days.

Needed more instructions on booking form where to book in/reception location. Had a long walk to find out which block to go to!

The bed really is a small double which was as described but only 1 medium double duvet... fine if you are a couple but not so good for 2 of us I was sharing with my daughter who can hog the duvet. That said it was hottest day of year so didn't really need it.

We were looking at the uni so very handy both in terms of location but also to give daughter idea of what a room in halls would be like. Good strong shower.

we were told we could have free electric car charging at time of booking and paying but day before arrival we were told we would have to pay for charging ,i dont think that is very fair to change conditions after paying ?

bedroom and bathroom ,very good just needed electric fan ,good job i brought one with me ?

The only downside was that the corridors were a bit dirty, which made me feel less welcome.

I stayed at the Bath Summer Accommodation for one night and I was very pleased with the room and the continental breakfast. The room was nice and clean, with a modern bathroom and a comfortable bed. The breakfast was good, with a variety of options and fresh ingredients.

Signage to enter the accommodation block could have been better. Breakfast limited option for those needing Gluten Free.
