Problems with correct code to get in. I stripped the bed, I have done since covid, disappointed to find stained mattress protector and stained quilt. Not nice

Although basics in the kitchen which we were appreciated there was no milk which would have been a bonus as the wether was so bad wind/gales and torrential rain going to the shops wasn’t at the top of the list.

Basic items, such as tea towels and instructions for heating, cooker etc missing. No local information, which would I am sure be appreciated by travellers from outside of the area.

The location was excellent. The decor and style was lovely. The convenience of having a self catering house rather than a hotel was really great. The bedrooms were all lovely and the open plan lounge dining room was just perfect for 6 of us.

Needed just a few extras like tea towels / hand towel in downstairs cloakroom / having the on street parking vouchers for the stay would be prepared to park them as an additional cost to the trip . Having to find the hotel that sold them at nine o clock on a Saturday morning was a bit of a pain

Nothing. It was perfect.

The house was fantastic. Very clean and tidy with spacious bedrooms. The loft bedroom was a bonus we weren’t expecting. The kitchen was well equipped for our family of five to cook meals. It’s in a fantastic location with a stunning park a 2 minute walk away. A few more minutes and you are in the town centre. We highly recommend this property.

Absolutely brilliant few days away. The house was very spacious, clean and a great central location. Parking easily accessible. The staff were very helpful when I had any questions leading up to my stay. Will be back very soon.

We entered the appartment that was rather cold to face a hand written sign that said "maintenance in process" over the heating control, so in an nutshell no central heating in the appartment. One small oil filled radiator was supplied which to be fair eventually took the "chill off" but it really mared the first couple of hours stay. I was on the verge of messaging the owner to say at the time it is not exceptable not to mention the heating is broken before booking or just get it fixed? The apartment itself was comfortable enough but very small, and in need of some maintenance like bad flooring in the bathroom. Guess it just needs a bit if tlc a slight update and good to go.

The location was spot on for a night in Harrogate, only a couple of minutes walk into town. The appartment was kind of ok but I can't really say much more, it had the promise of been really nice but just didn't hit the spot.

The sofa is very uncomfortable, which wouldn't be a problem if you are not staying in, but I was . TV strangely mounted way up the wall which is a bit odd. Front door lock is very irritating

Tea and coffee provided but no milk! Was supposed to be a welcome pack, I thought the lack of this little touch, provided by others in this market, to be cheap! It coloured my overall view of the accommodation.

The road itself and outlook was pretty grim - no greenery, backs of houses across the road, outlook onto a blank wall from one bedroom. The bathroom needs some doing up. The decir is really depressing, all grey and featureless

Entrance path had lots of rubbish. When it rained the guttering on the building outside the bedroom made it very noisy. Noise from people in number 31 - we could hear conversations bathroom very compact - got hot very quickly when shower was on
