Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomStaff were not informed correctly about events happening and couldn't find the work booking. Staff struggled to understand when I tried to address issues. The room was very dusty, teabags stain on drawers and shower dirty. I was put in a standard room but paid for Club room.

United KingdomWe are spoilt at home with a memory foam mattress so found the bed a little uncomfortable it would not stop me staying again! The shower was lovely but a shower head that could be taken off to rinse your never regions and the walls would be a good addition!

Also no allergens on display at the breakfast buffet and really very very little choice for a £12.50 breakfast. No alternative milks/dairy for drinks and barely any veggie. Also staff seemed confused on how to send a VAT receipt, in the end I received a printed copy rather than an email.
Perfect for access to business park, being able to use the gym/pool is a great perk. Comfy and clean room with all the amenities I needed
