We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomIt was pretty much perfect. If I have to say something , then a few more hangers for clothes on the hooks provided , as there wasn’t a wardrobe and maybe a full length mirror on the bedroom wall would have been good- very minor points!
I loved everything about The Hayloft! Great location. Peaceful, unique and just right for a short break . There is a tennis court on site which is a bonus. Lovely furnishings and products to a very high quality. Very comfy king sized bed. Great walk in shower . Cosy living area with everything you need in the kitchen to cook if needed. Loved the beams. View from the bedroom was great. Lots of greenery. I liked the layout of the rooms, ensuring maximisation of the available space. The owners were away on holiday. However their neighbour ensured I had a warm welcome. Prior to my stay the owners were in regular contact to ensure my stay went well. Clear instructions re leaving at the end of my stay. Lots of information about nearby places to visit and attractions. All in all excellent! I ( and my family) have stayed in lots of holiday lets - The Hayloft takes joint top spot, alongside The Armoury at Ironbridge. Top spot if you take into consideration that the Hayloft caters for 2 people, while the former caters for 4. Love that the place is dog friendly too! The little outside seating area is delightful. You can tell that real thought has gone into what guests need and want from a holiday let. Well done to the owners! I love Herefordshire and no doubt will be back again!

Everything. The location is perfect, which is pretty and offers a tranquil setting. Our hosts were welcoming and eager to offer assistance when required. This is self catering accommodation.

United KingdomThe Hay Loft was absolutely wonderful, a tastefully decorated, clean and functional apartment flooded with beautiful day light from the roof windows. All set in a quiet, peaceful and well maintained private estate. Our host Camilla was on hand to welcome us shortly after arriving and we needed for nothing. The apartment had everything you could require and more, including a full kitchen, great WiFi, Netflix, high quality bedding, ample towels and toiletries, with great water pressure to boot!

Very comfortable accommodation, lovely shower and all facilities you could need, the surroundings are amazing, made use of the tennis court. Location is great to explore Herefordshire/South Shropshire/Black Mountains (Wales) Will 100% stay here again whenever visiting the area. Great price and owners were very welcoming and easy to communicate with.
