The wind has slightly blown through the windows upstairs. It was not particularly cold during the night, but not very warm either, therefore.

The accomodation greatly fit for 5 people, well equipped, cozy, clean, great location.

Great location which was quiet despite the proximity to the main road. Super comfy beds and fluffy towels and everything we needed for a great stay in Inverness.

Creaky floorboards. Some dust and cobwebs around skirting boards. Some small dirt marks in downstairs toilet which did come off when we rubbed them.

Good location, easy access to town centre and bus/train station. There is an Aldi supermarket 5 mins from the house and an excellent pub (Innes Bar) around the corner. Good communication from host re small issues we had with showers which were promptly fixed. Great having 3 separate rooms and 2 toilets/showers. Salt, pepper, oil, ice and milk pots all provided. Box of lindt chocolates provided on arrival which was a nice touch 😀

There are two flights of stairs within the flat -two bedrooms are up two flights of stairs just something to think about for elderly or really young children but it wasn't a problem for us. Quite a quirky little place but clean, nicely furnished and well equipped.

This was a great wee place to stay for the weekend- very well equipped and clean. Parking very close and easy and a quiet end of town. Host was really lovely and accommodating. We would definitely stay again.

No fault of the host’s, but there are stairs to contend with if you are travelling with heavy luggage.

Host communicated all the necessary instructions prior to arrival. Parking available and check-in process was effortless. It is in a great location, very easy walk into the city centre.

Nothing! Everything was perfect

I have been to many holiday homes/cottages across England/Scotland and by far this stay was the most comfortable. Everything was just perfect, easy spacious free parking right next to the building. Warm/comfortable bedrooms, nice tv lounge/dinning are with Netflix , Ideal location of both toilets, 2 showers, immaculately clean, all facilities available including tea bags/sugar/milk pots/salt and pepper and clear detailed check in instructions by host.

Nothing, it was so perfect.

The host of this property, Sam, is one of the most kindest, friendly and supportive people I have ever met. On my way from London my tyres burst on the A9 and I was stuck for 5/6hrs waiting to be rescued and Sam called me and kept me calm. The property is PERFECT for a family of 5, very cosy, spacious and great location as well.

Working in centre of Inverness and the location was good. Parking for 2 vans was good. Flat was a nice size for 3 people with 3 bedrooms.

Can't fault this accommodation at all, perfect for what we needed.

3 bedrooms and living areas, not stuck in 3 hotel rooms, able to relax like it's a home of your own. Tea, coffee etc all supplied and a nice touch with a welcome pack of ferrero rochet. Every room very clean and good beds. 2 showers, and everything you need just like being at home.

We liked everything in the house.

It was a very clean house. Instructions for checking in and out were very clear. It was close to the town centre and everything was nearby. The house was of a very high standard. I would highly recommend booking this house.

not really a complaint, house is lovely but had not realised nothing was on ground floor level and an older member of party struggled with the stairs.

Kitchen on the small side, had to wash cafetieres before could use them. Window ledge in kitchen had knife & crumbs on it. Paintwork could do with a refresh.

The house is on 3 floors and lots of stairs to climb up and down, not recommended for anyone with mobility problems.

When we arrived I Spoke to a fantastic lady and she helped me with all details to get there and how to get keys etc. Easy check in and also helped out to get a second set of keys. The house is on 3 floors, lots of stairs. Comfy beds! Clean. Two toilets, two showers - great if you are a group of friends traveling. Wifi worked ok, we had to restart a couple of times but nothing that bothered us at all. A short walk in to town, only 5-8 mins. Nice and quiet area. I will def. come back and stay here again!
