None significant disadvantages, it was a nice hotel.

It was clean, with good Internet, had all the needed facilities.

Low water pressure, the chairs in the room were broken and the lift was small.

The room and toilet were clean, with linen, towels, soap, hairdryer, coffee and tea facilities... Beds were comfortable and it is useful that they allow you to leave luggage there for free. Location is perfect. Moreover, it is worth noting that the staff was very nice and friendly.

The toilets were having a strong dump smell. Additionally during the night there were way too many people rocking the bed! 😂 I don't know if it was coincidence or it was trend. Whatever it was I woke up a few times. I can't blame anyone the valaube of the hotel is so good that can attract any person with every intention.

The supper friendly staff, location and the beds.

Only one pillow. No drinking glass in bathroom. Room very small this needs to feature in hotel details. Communal areas bit tired, could do with replacing carpets and painting Interior.

Very clean. Quiet. All basic facilities. Reasonably priced and very well located. Staff, extremely friendly.

There were no sockets next to the bed, which was a nuisance because you couldn't use your phone while it was on the charger. There are no double glazing windows, which meant the noise from the traffic was very loud at night. As it is a budget hotel, it is still a good value for money.

The location was good as it was close to Earl's Court tube station (District and Piccadilly lines), which made it easy to travel to the city. The room was basic, but clean and reasonably comfortable for a cheap hotel. The staff in the hotel was helpful. Overall, we were happy with this place.

The room wasn't the cleanest (dirt in the wardrobe, sticky table). The bed was not very comfortable but did the job for the short stay

This hotel was situated about 10 minutes from the Earls Court underground as well as being near a Sainsburys and Tesco. Check in was easy and we were allowed to leave our bags at reception prior to check in. The beds were made each day and fresh towels supplied. The staff were friendly and helpful. Great value for money

Yes, it's on a busy road, but the noise didn't bother us. As with all victorian buildings, it looks a little worn.

Actually pretty good, clean and the room and bathroom were spacious. There's even a lift, pretty rare in the old victorian terrace hotels.

The shower could have been a bit more powerful. I would have liked breakfast to have been an option.

It was clean and welcoming. The staff were friendly, polite and helpful. It was handy for Olympia as only a 15 minute walk.

The bed was small. There is no breakfast at the hotel and no minibar. They have a rule that you can't bring guests after 21:30 - I didn't mind, but it might be a problem for someone travelling single.

The room was always clean, mostly quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bathroom is quite spacious. About a 10 minute walk from the tube, with a huge Tesco right near the hotel

The room and bath were really pretty small, but I didn't mind. The bed was narrow and not very comfortable, but it was ok for a few nights. The walls are thin, so you can hear people walking by the room, but the nighttime rules made sure that the other guest weren't noisy late at night. Unfortunately, there was no breakfast, but it allowed me to go out and discover the options of the cafés close by.

Very clean and orderly for the low price! The staff seemed friendly and helpful, but I didn't have much to do with them. There is a bus stop right in front and an Underground station a short walk away. There was almost no traffic noise (I had a room towards the back). It's certainly not for people who like to spend time at the hotel, but for sleeping and washing in between trips to the city, it was great!

The building is quite old so it doesn't have the best appearance but for the price it was, I don't really want to complain much. The water pressure in the shower also was very low but we managed.

The room was great, spacious, the bed was comfy and the price was, in my opinion, ideal for what London typically is like. It's right next to 2 or more bus stops, 10 minutes away from the metro station, there's a Tesco right next door... We were overall pretty happy with our stay. The staff was also quite nice.
