Perfection. Comfortable room, bed, bathroom & shower were great. So peaceful. In a village, with views and a pub just down the road. The scones on arrival were delicious. Lastly, the host Sian was very friendly. Can't fault a thing.

Nothing! White House Farm accommodation is lovely!

Lovely peaceful location and a comfortable, spacious and tastefully decorated room. Shower was excellent with plenty of hot water. Sian’s breakfasts were lovely with plenty of fresh fruit and were always delivered to our room at exactly the time we had requested. We had fresh scones and flowers waiting for us on arrival, fresh milk in a fridge in the room and a good supply of teabags and coffee. We felt very at home during our stay.

Couldn't t fault anything about our stay we absolutely loved it. Rooms are very spacious, and really nicely decorated, it's very cosy and clean and the bed was super comfortable. The bathroom is huge and the shower was lovely didn't want to get out! Sian provided scones on arrival which was so nice, there was plenty of tea and coffee for us with fresh milk in the fridge. The breakfast was amazing, especially the fruit juice of the day which we forgot to ask what it was - it was so refreshing. All in all excellent value, really nice quiet location and Sian was an excellent host - we will definitely be booking again.

We had a fantastic stay at White House Farm! Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a very comfortable bed! Breakfast was amazing and delivered to the comfort of your room! The location is ideal, 15 mins away from Whitby and 20 mins from Robin Hood's Bay! Massive thank you to Sian for being the perfect host and for the lovely breakfasts!

Cannot fault it, absolutely beautiful and cannot wait to visit again. Everything was faultless from the communication before we arrived, the welcome, the information received during our stay, the absolutely beautiful room which was pure relaxation, the small treat of fresh cream scones in the fridge, the beautiful breakfast brought to the room to the leaving with a goodbye from Sian and a lovely treat of fresh farm eggs. Sian was just amazing and the added touch of a small postcard wishing my hubby a happy birthday was so thoughtful, thank you

There wasn’t anything we disliked.

The communication with Sian was excellent, the cottage was beautiful and warm when we arrived. There was milk and Scones in the fridge waiting for us which was wonderful. Sian was a lovely friendly person and delivered our excellent breakfasts to the room each morning with a smile , it was nice to sit at the table on our own looking out of the window.

Quiet area, lovely host and beautifully clean room with a fantastic shower. The breakfast is well priced and very good with eggs from their own hens. No cooking facilities other than a kettle and tea and coffee but the Black Bull is only 150yds away and serves well priced scrumptious Yorkshire puddings with fillings amongst other food. Sian will provide plates and cutlery for eating in if required. Thank you for the eggs Sian, and we loved your woolly Black Faced Valais sheep!

Beautiful room and location. Everything thought of and the breakfast menu had lots of lovely choices. The quality of my order was delicious. Stunning countryside location on a farm. Transport needed. Host was really helpful throughout and after stay.

I can't think of anything that could have been done better.

Excellent breakfast brought to the door on time by very friendly host Sian. Good sized room which was spotlessly clean. Lovely big shower with plenty of hot water. Property was very convenient for for coastal locations from Saltburn to Robin Hoods Bay & also for North Yorkshire Railway. I would definitely book to stay here again if visiting the area.
