Went to use the shower. It wasn't working, I did inform them. But it was at 8 am, so probably been busy,as no hot water in toilet's.

It was quite and within the Eden Project grounds.

freezing cold, not enough blankets (but it was end november in a storm) - cosy to wake up to hear the rain on the tent and the outside wildlife. In the wild, romantic I suppose but I had to work the next day so not much sleep.

Absolutely freezing... accommodation is an insulated tent top on a wooden base. Bring LOTS of spare blankets as it gets cold at night. Not much space for luggage inside. Power to charge phone and basic needs. Great BBQ facilities outside. Bring a torch as wash hut is a 3 mins walk and can't get into the secure padlock without a decent head torch/ light. Clean washrooms. Perfectly decent, basic breakfast/ coffee provided at extra cost. Plenty of parking, a 5 minute walk on the path to the Eden Project. Would thoroughly recommend.

Stayed in the hut and it was lovely, very unique. The main kitchen/ dining room for everyone is also very useful to prepare your own food with paid breakfast and food offered all day. Well located near Eden project and great space which would be great in summer

Amazing location for what we needed, the showers was perfect, clean and powerful. The staff are very friendly and helpful, flexible and understanding for our requirements. The value for money was really good. Really good food options and have a 24hr facility to self cater.

Landpod was unbearably hot when we arrived. We asked staff about opening up the sides and they said we could do that. But that advice had not been proffered. I think for the price there should be a bit more help on such things

The location was perfect for visiting the Eden Project, but also close enough to the other areas we were going to. It was comfortable and the bar with food was great.

Quite a way to the toilets in the middle of the night across wet grass!

We had 2 properties- a land pod and a tent. Both exceeded our expectations! The warm weather helped a lot!

I’d have preferred a little shop available for essentials, however if we had had our car working it wouldn’t have been needed as we could have gone to the shops. As it was we spent a lot in the restaurant etc, even though it was good value for money.

It was a lovely stay and staff were very helpful even though we had difficulties due to our car breaking down.

shower drain gets clogged up quickly. wish there were more options for dinner other than Pizza and nachos.

kids played in a safe environment. staff we’re incredibly polite, friendly and helpful. view of the sea was stunning. blankets were my favourite! kept us warm and didn’t need to layer up on clothing as the temp in. the pods were perfect. access to bbq and seating outside the pod was great. get free wood to start the fire was a bonus!

The main set of lights in our landpod didn’t work. It was just a bit small for £150.

The kids liked the breakfast and thought it was excellent. I’m gluten free so didn’t have any. My husband thought it was okay. It was very nice to wake up in the fresh air and be to able to see the sea in the morning and the stars at night. My son thought the toilets were amazing!
