Was very warm welcoming and friendly lovely atmosphere nice people and a great 👍 proper full English breakfast if you wanted it although many other healthy options if you want was there on the 22 of May for the bruce springsteen concert in Sunderland in the pouring rain with my best 👌 mate lovely hotel blew the clouds ⛅️ away and made it a sunny 🌞 day would highly recommend great 👍 value for the money 💰 kind regards Mr Richard Wilson

The room was very hot so a fan would have been good. The room wasn’t as clean as expected, there was a giant cobweb above the bed. There were a lot of marks on the walls and we had to ask for our shower plug hole to be cleaned out as the bathroom was smelling when we arrived and when we had our first shower the water was pooling around our feet.

The location was perfect, close to all the seaside attractions. The staff were super friendly and the breakfast was delicious.

Michael was a wonderful host very friendly and welcoming. The room was perfect with a very comfy bed and pillows. As a tall guy I was more than happy to see that the shower was the perfect height for me. The room also had a microwave and sink plus crockery etc a very useful addition. The breakfast was amazing with options galore if desired. The hotel is a short walk away from everything Whitley Bay has to offer. I will be returning to the hotel next time I am in the area.

Our room was very modern, decorated lovely, glass of fizz after check in with a box of chocolates. Michael was a lovely host nothing was too much trouble, hand car park across the road, free at weekends which is a bonus. The seafront is a short walk from the hotel. Would definitely return

Absolutely nothing.

Beautiful place, ideally located for the wedding venue we were attending. We received a lovely greeting from Michael. The room was very spacious and immaculately clean. Modern bathroom and a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was delicious. Plenty of choice and freshly cooked. The whole hotel was spotless. Great communication right from the day I booked and on the day. I would definitely look to stay here again.

Friendly, warm welcome from Michael. The hotel is beautifully decorated and the room was very comfortable and relaxing, with a lovely view over the park. The complimentary fizz and chocolates was a nice touch too. The hot breakfast was very tasty and the selection of continental items to choose from was excellent. The location of the hotel was ideal. Only a short walk to the playhouse we were visiting, the beach and local restaurant.

Michael was so welcoming and friendly. Gave us many recommendations for bars and restaurants nearby. The room was spotless, lovely and warm, comfortable bed and lovely big fluffy towels in the bathroom. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice

It's absolutely beautiful. The owner is friendly and helpful. We were only along the road from the theatre we were booked to see an event at that night. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast choice is amazing. It was delicious .
