Beautiful apartments near the beach in Marmari. Very well kept, comfortable and clean. All that you need for a relaxing time in Kos. Stergos is the perfect host, very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Highly recommended!

Lovely little apartment, owned by a lovely family who made us feel so welcome and where incredibly helpful - from restaurant recommendations, to offering a toastie maker and the occasional lift! Both rooms lead onto a joint veranda with a lovely view over fields. The beach is a short walk away and we enjoyed strolling along it to tigaki which has a bit more going on.

We were family with little children and for us it was perfect but if you want to visit Kos city and other beautiful places I would recommend you to rent a car, there is not much to see around except of beach and some little shops, restaurants. There is always wind on the beach but still you can live you holidays in very good way

The sandy beach was very close, perfect position for surfing and full relax, the owner was extremely nice and helpful (he took us for free from the airport), I fully recommend this apartment. I had a fantastic holidays here and hope in the future come back :D

Nothing - everything was perfect.

Brilliant peaceful apartment - very comfortable with great facilities and super clean. Large room with separate kitchen & seating area. Lots of utensils and crockery if you want to cook in the apartment. Our room had a larger than usual shower which was great - plenty of hot water and basket emptied every day. Change of towels and bedding half way through out week. Just a short walk away from a supermarket and a little bit further to more shops, tavernas and the beautiful Marmari beach. Stergos, our host, was fantastic. He picked us up from the airport and was very helpful and accommodating during our stay. It was our second time at the Anthia Apartments and we will definitely return and we highly recommend staying here.

No soap or shampoo

Very clean and well cared apartment. Hosts are very nice people who were willing to help us in any way. Wifi has a quite strong signal so we could keep connected. There is a mini fridge and you can cook and eat there. Also there is a terrace with a table and chairs. Good Aircon. Location is near to the beach and quite close to Kos town. We had a car so we can't coment on the public transport. There are plenty of car, scooter and bike rentals around the area. There are also plenty of supermarkets and restaurants.

unfortunately there's a residence nearby where they play music, karaoke etc. until 10 or 11 p.m. and it's really annoying if you need to sleep. It doesn't depend on the property ...

new building and new furniture, well equipped with everything you need, great location near the beach and in the middle of the island of Kos, best solution to visit the whole island. The room and the kitchen were wide and clean. The garden and the private parking are perfect. The staff was kind and helpful.

Everything was perfect.

The apartment is very clean, looks exactly like the pictures. Our apartment was tiden up everyday and we had clean towels every second day. It is in quiet place, close to the beach, max 5 minutes walk. Stergos was very nice, helpful and answered all our questions.

Host Stergos picked us up from the airport. Very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Lovely spacious apartments that are extremely well maintained and very clean. Towels and bedding changed every 2 days and bins emptied. Great location - very peaceful and a short walk to the beach, supermarkets and tavernas. We have been to Kos a few times but this was our first visit to Marmari. We really enjoyed our stay and loved the resort and apartments. We will definitely return and would certainly recommend this accommodation. Thank you for a lovely holiday.

Wi-fi signal was really-really poor. (And an other problem, but this is not because of this place: from one of close hotels had a musical program every each evening and nights...It was horrible listening, mostly if you booked this place for its calm area...)

Great house and garden, the apartman is furnitured with great tastes and care (complete mosquito nets, for example). Bed is comfortable, bathroom is spacious, balcony has a good size. Kitchenette is well-equipped for everything.

The location was great and we had a fantastic view of the sea and mountains. The owner Stergos was very available and helpful throughout our stay and always had a smile when we saw him throughout the day. The whole hotel is spotlessly clean and our room was freshened up everyday regardless of what time we woke up and headed out, it was always fresh when we came back in the evening. Truly lovely place and we're hoping to go back in August 👍😍

The anti mosquitos fluid to plug-in the room didn’t work that much. We’ve been biten despite it. 😅 suggest to find something more effective.

The style of the building is very fresh as you’d espect on a greek island. Nature is very close and the frame is very peaceful. Room ls are fresh, clean with a touch of little retro like a summer house in the mid 60’s but rivisitated. Host is very kind and helpful and gave us smart tips to reach out his place from kos town.

Everything was excellent. The apartment was very clean and the position in the middle of the island was ideal. Staff is very kind and the view from the terrace was amazing. Quite place far from the noisy roads.

Nice staff and great location. We asked for a room with view to the sea and we got it, what is more, we got a room with a spacious balcony and gorgeous view to both the mountains and the sea. The beach is only a 5-minute walk from the apartments and really quiet, not many people go there. But there are many other beaches along the coastline. The centre is a 20-minute walk. There is a smaller supermarket near the apartments and a bigger one a bit farther (about 15 minutes). The place is generally quiet, no night-long music or partying. Highly recommended!
