Everything was exceptional! The Room was ready as soon as we arrived in the morning and that was fantastic (we were lucky)! The welcoming from the staff was great with a complimentary bottle of wine and traditional sweets in our room!!

The location is very good, within walkable distance, can visit Syntagma Square, Acropolis and its slopes, Ancient Agora, Hadrian’s Library, Roman Agora, Olympieion Arch of Hadrian. The staff is so nice n helpful, the room is clean n quiet.

Our rooms were under the roof top bar and while not noisy we could hear chairs scraping as people used them. The boxed breakfast for an early flight was not good.

The location was very central. The rooms were very nice. The staff were very helpful and considerate. The breakfast was varied and excellent.

The location was superb, right in the heart of the city and the views from the Rooftop bar were incredible. the staff made this trip memorable, they were all so helpful and pleasant.

We booked a Superior room after browsing the site. When we first checked-in the room we were shown was horrible (#317). The room looked and smelled like a hostel. In addition, construction noises were very loud outside the open window. The view was of a construction site. The room we were initially assigned did not look like the pictures shown on Booking.com. We immediately went to the front desk, computer in hand to request another room. In fact the staff said those pictures were several years old. The second room was much better than the first bit was still not matching the pictures advertised. The hotel should better explain that they only have 5 rooms that face the Acropolis attraction. In addition, “Superior” doesn’t mean better it means “larger”. “Executive” means a view of the attraction.

The property was located in the city center. Plenty of local restaurants and shopping. The property had a great view from the rooftop bar of the Acropolis and Parthenon.

During our first stay we were assigned a horrible room 317. The room was dank, dark, and unappealing decor. The room did not look like the advertised pictures of the hotel. We requested and were granted a room change. This room was better but still needed work to meet the advertised pictures. We did not receive our welcome bottle of wine or fresh fruits. Staff were not too concerned about resolving issues.

The location to the city center was great. The view of the Acropolis was amazing.

The room was spacious on the 3rd floor. They upgraded my room without even asking. Automated wake up alarm upon request. Very polite staff. Perfect Acropolis view from the roof.

Requested room with acropolis view which just happens to be under rooftop bar ,unless we went to bed after 01.00 you hear the scrapping of chairs from up above ,the bar menu states coffee but you can not get one in the acropolis bar late on in the evening .would book a room without the view next time

On our first night at the hotel, the room allocated to us was overlooking a cafeteria under our room window due to the interesting architecture of the hotel, and we had difficulty sleeping until the late hours of the night due to the intensity of conversation sounds. There were also problems with the sound and heat insulation of the window. Since we noticed these problems at that time of the night, hotel staff could not change our room immediately, but they did their best to reduce the problems. The next day, they helped us move to a room that was quieter and larger than our first room.

It is on the busiest and touristic street of Athens, so it is very easy to access many tourist attractions in the city center. From what I can see, the hotel was created by combining several buildings and has a somewhat confusing architecture. :) The staff communicate well and are helpful. Breakfast is delicious, internet connection speed is average.

Everything was great!! Very polite and helpful stuff. 👍 Excellent location. Excellent quality of coffee. Amazing roof garden with beautiful views of the Acropolis with wonderful food and late night bar. Nice cafeteria. Excellent breakfast with great variety of food. Very professional room service.

There is a lot of noise at night coming from the street. I had earplugs so it was not an issue for me, but without earplugs I couldn't have slept.
