Everything the entire hotel was kept beautifully and the entire staff was very kind . Polls looked fabulous but when we travel it was cold to get in.

Too bad to have 5 swimming pools none of them are heated. So nobody can swim. Not even the jaccuzi or the inside pool. It is a real shame because the rest was perfect

Everything! The staff were all super helpful and friendly the location is less than 10minutes walk from the town and the hotel was like a postcard it was always clean and each room looked as good as the next. There were so many pools and the food in the hotel was amazing always fresh.

The staff were very nice and the hotel facility is exceptionally. Our rooms were upgraded again to suites with lovely view overlooking the pool and the see. Town centre is a walking distance and loved every minute of my stay

It is located slightly outside Fira town though it was only 5 minute walk but during night is was a little difficult

Bathroom items, such as conditioner, body lotion, tissues should be provided without customers asking for them. Coffee machines would complement the resort. The breakfast variety and choice of breakfast items should be reviewed.

Friendly, professional staff, excellent grounds, excellent rooms: spacious, comfortable and tastefully decorated. Beautiful resort with great pools, greenery, very close to the center, quiet.

El Greco resort is lovely and beautifully designed With lots of thought given to making iits customers stay comfortable and memorable. The white buildings spread all over on five different levels are complemented by lots of greens and five large swimming pools. Nice casual restraint and a bar add convenience to their customers and provide good quality food. Breakfast is good but would benefit from porridge, cold meat and cheese choices.

These are nice to have: - Mattress was too firm - There are 5 or 6 pools but none of them are heated, perhaps this would be a nice addition for people staying outside the summer season?

Everything, the resort exceeded our expectations by a mile. Hospitality is fantastic, and so is the food. The location is great, very close to Fira city centre but very quiet, with a beautiful spot for the sunset and plenty of private parking. This is a great hotel if you plan to travel with kids and will hire a car.

It was such a fabulous place. A few pools meant that guests weren’t squashed and we always managed to get a sun bed that was directly in sunshine all day! Staff were really friendly and accommodating, too. The spa was also amazing and I had a great massage there. Food within the hotel is brilliant, but it’s also only a five minute walk from the main strip of bars and restaurants. Just over the road from the front door is a cliff edge with the most beautiful view of the sea (particularly the sun set at night). I can’t recommend this place enough and I’ll definitely be back one day!

Cold swimming pools in beginning of April. Terrible cheap and used for a long pillows. Repetitive breakfast during 6 days. A little bit noisy from the road, we stayed in junior suite 207, it’s second row.

Looks new. Junior suite 207 big, fresh furniture. Well kept territory. Friendly stuff. Good gym. Both restaurants are very nice.

Hotel was closing for the winter on the day I left and there were no facilities available after breakfast other than luggage room and showers. It would have been nice to have had sun loungers and pool available at least until early afternoon. Room was too bright at night with exit light over door and another light, but this issue was resolved as soon as I raised it with reception staff.

Very friendly and helpful staff and Maria, the concierge, was brilliant with recommendations for local restaurants and tours. Beautiful, spotlessly clean pools. Big, bright and airy room and balcony, cleaned daily. Excellent bar food and room service. I understood there was a la carte restaurant in the evenings, but this wasn't available when I asked.

What a fantastic resort. It is within a 10 minute walk into Fira. We had an enormous room. The room was regularly cleaned.The resort had great amenities. Many pools to chose from and a bar. The buffet breakfast was fabulous with a great variety of food. We also ordered room service which was very prompt and of a high standard. The bar was great. The staff with no exception were all helpful, knowledgable and polite.

When large tour groups were in for breakfast, it was difficult for the kitchen staff to replenish the food quickly. Therefore, we had to wait in line many times.

Clean rooms, nice pools and good breakfast. Staff was courteous and helpful.
