The only thing, maybe because it was off the season we had to wait a lot for the hot water to warm up.

Renovated with a great location, quiet, clean, very close to the beach, the terrace of the room we booked ( 3 beds) was big with table and chairs and a beautiful view of the mount Athos. Hosts were very nice and accommodating.

Very nice property, at a quiet neighbourhood, just a few meters of the amazing, sandy Sarti beach. Parking spots are plenty around, on the street. Good restaurants nearby, as well as beach bars for the day at the beach. A supermarket also not far away. Overall, a good choice to stay in Sarti if you like quietness (contrary to the busy centre) and personally we would stay again.

I really liked the way the host interacted with all of the guests, very friendly and we really appreciated that. One thing that I haven't seen anywhere else is the cleanliness that was done daily in our room. Excellent keep up the great work! I've peeked and they had a special machine for cleaning the sheets (looked like something very useful and traditional). Other than the above, our room had a nice terrace and a gorgeous view of mount Athos, really enjoyed having a coffee and breakfast with that view. It is definitely on our list for years to come.

If you are not used to the traffic noise and sleeping with the air condition switch on it is a little bit uncomfortable. The apartments with “mountain” view dos not benefited from the sea draft, so you need air condition. The conditioners in bout rooms are tight together whit one of the windows. If you open the windows in one room, the bout switch off – that is annoying.

The place provides great access to the main road and several minutes to the one end to the Sarty beach. I really appreciated how swift the hostages solved the occurred issue, although some of them should not be existed.

Only the mattress could be better, but not a big deal. Everything else was very good!

I liked the location. It is literally the last house of Sarty, but I liked exactly this. There is perfect beach 50m from the property, also very good restaurant near by. The price for this quality is very acceptable. The host was really kind and cooperative.

Accommodation is placed little bit far a way from "city" center. For me that was not downside.

Apartment has terrace with sea view and it is located close to big sandy beach. It is very quiet. Hosts are great. There is public parking.

1st floor = no privacy, smell from cars and smokers from the street and upper floors, noise&dust from the street. The door with window -> light from corridor at the nights, worse sound isolation. No ventilation in bathroom. Too many mosquitoes - we killed about 10 and used fumigation (antimosquito tablets) but anyway were bitten every nights. And also we were bitten by strange insects, maybe even by fleas - strange bites with 2 small holes. Air conditioner points directly to your head and neck.

Very good internet speed. The room is well equiped. The bed was comfy.

The centre was far away, but it didn't bother us. There are mosquito nets but mosquitos kept coming in from somewhere.

The location was perfect - very close to the beach with a great beach bar, shallow sea and fine sand. The hosts (especially Erifili) are so kind. It turned out that our car battery had fallen and they were so good to help us. The room was cleaned every day when we were away at the beach, the sheets and towels were changed every other day. We were accommodated in a 2-room apartment on the ground floor with a large terrace and there we had breakfast every morning. The AC worked well.

The location is very far from the center, is the last row of buildings in Sarti, you have to walk for 30minutes to get in the city center, in the room they didn t have any cleaning instruments and as we travelled with 2 kids we needed it! There were few plates and few cuttlery for 4 persons, the garbage bean was extremely small, not even a bottle of water couldn't fit in:( And the Air conditioning 's water stayed in the balcony, and the kids went Always there to play in the water:(( they must change the water pipe from the AC

They changed the sheets and the towels every second day, the cleaning lady was very nice and everyday washed our dishes and put our stuff in order, the property is new and looks pretty good. It was in a quiet place.

The room and bathroom could be a bit improved as they tend to look a bit old. The room is quite small, although equipped with everything you need.

The location is great, very close to the beach and we had a room with sea view. The rooms were cleaned every other day, which was more than enough. The owners/staff were very friendly and nice. The studio is not in the center of Sarti, but towards the end (for us was not a problem as it was more remote). The room has a small kitchen and is equipped with everything you need

The owner was arrogant, the room was on the second floor there was not elevator, (this info should be clearly mentioned to the booking) no support for the baggage, I am 67 and my husbant 70 years old and the answer to our request if there was available a room on the base floor was not polite and arrogant. Part of the view from our balocny was the garbagge bins. The info for the wi fi acces was not clear
