To be picky there was a slight smell in the bathroom, but we bought a bottle of chlorine to rinse the bowl and pour down the drains which fixed it. Another negative was a bit weak and uncozy lighting in the living room from a single overhead lamp.

The hotel was a nice surprise. Right on the sea front made for a special vibe, and the design was modern. Nice looking and good standard building. Some of the best hotel beds we can remember, and no sounds waking us up early which is such a plague with many hotels (from doors slamming, people shouting). With good, quiet AC sleep was good which is so important. Adult international clientelle so no sun bed hogging, and no one staring. The included breakfast was good and plentiful. The pool bar food was however as with most of tavernas in Crete very average. The main restaurant had dinner buffet, but we never tried it. Good parking.

The kitchen area is small and contains a kind of old kitchenware. The property is around twenty minutes from the center of Heraklion, but only ten minutes from the airport.

Nice one bedroom apartment with sea view and all the necessary facilities. The staff is friendly and they offer good service at the pool bar and the restaurant.

Location is ca 10km from Heraklion, it is convenient to drive by car. Hotel is 20m from the sea. Good location to go for a walk or swimming in the village. We had a nice sea view, It was a convenient apartment and nice balcony. Pool is quite small, but empty and enough room in the evening when we visited. Nice breakfast, dinner included local dishes every night. Very friendly staff in the restaurant.

Air conditioner struggled a little with hot weather

Good location to beach , cafés just down the road, friendly staff and great buffet breakfast. When staff discovered we were leaving before breakfast they were even made us a hamper to go

The breakfast does need improving unfortunately. The coffee machine was awful and there just wasn’t a lot of choice. Even the water offered was hot!

Rooms were great size and bed was super comfy. Staff made you feel so welcome - especially George and Joanna bartenders! Location was good - a few places to take a stroll and grab food. Hotel was decorated very modern and had a great vibe!

The street and neighborhood could be prettier. It's safe and practical and offers everything one needs. It's just not that charming.

The staff is extraordinarily friendly. The breakfast was good. The apartments are comfy and have everything one needs. The location is very convenient to discover the island.

Smell in the room was bad. Something like a mold because of the humidity. We told to male receptionist our complaint, but he just did not pay any attention. Small bathroom.

Hotel restaurant made very tasty steak. All the compliments to hotel restaurant staff, they were very friendly and easy going! Comfy beds. Spacious room. Pool

the hotel is on the airport descent path for aircraft. good isolation on the windows but if you have trouble sleeping may be a bit tricky

The pool was full with kids and their toys most of the time when there. The location was also not the best with rocky beaches.

The bay is rocky , no real possibility to swim in the sea. Hotel offers 4-5 sunbeds, but the configuration of the bay does not allow to enjoy beach time.

storage inside the room, there’s never enough. sofa beds were quite hard but other beds were comfortable.

The breakfast and dinner buffet had too few options. It can get very windy and then there's no place to swim nearby (except for the pool).

The room was clean. The pool area was nice. A playground that our kid liked a lot. A view to the sea right from the window, including seeing the sunset from the window. Restaurants were in walking distance, some closer some further away.

My first room was a little tired and dated with the balcony area away from the room. I was able to move after 2 days to a suite that was not only much bigger but had been refurbished too.

Breakfast was well laid out and good value for money.
