The place smelled a bit of mold. Especially the bathroom. If you plan to use the kitchen, don't expect anything (salt, pepper, dish soap, oil, etc.) to be there.

Great pool, affordable drinks, food, and fantastic location. Just a few metres down the road there is a beautiful beach which was private even at the peak of the season. Very friendly staff, especially cleaning ladies. Make sure also to check-out Ovelix restaurant nearby.

Room was smaller than expected to fit 4. Drain running outside hall downstairs, not nice to see. Car is needed as area is very quiet and taxi’s costly going to places!

The cleaning was a little too superficial. Otherwise, all the towels were changed daily (if needed), and the badsheet was changhed once.

No complaints related to the hotel itself - they can not improve anymore. But choose the nearby restaurants carefully, and read the reviews. Some have great food, the others are really bad (despite great views).

Excellent experience. We were staying in a great two-level suite with a private pool (and they are pretty flexible on the age policy here, take the written limitations easy). Cozy bar by the main pool, serving snacks, hot foods, and drinks the whole day. Very helpful and polite staff. One of the best islands' sand beaches within short walking distance, several restaurants and supermarkets too. Free private parking lot. Nothing else to wish for a great family stay.

The beach is as said narrow, just a small strip of sand, but its still sufficient and we loved the view across to Kefalonia. There are bigger beaches about a mile away but in the August heat walking there would have been too hot.

We stayed in the Suites with private pool. The rooms were wonderful, with a little kitchen area as you walked into the room, bathroom on ground floor (with great shower and hot water always available), two single beds downstairs and one double upstairs. Plenty of hanging space in the room. Our patio area was nice, with a table and four chairs and two sun loungers. We also had a view of the sea. The pool was wonderful and kept clean and sparkling. The pool man cleaned it every day we were there and we used it a lot. It was very welcome in the heat and we loved the privacy of our pool. There were sheer curtains that could be drawn across the patio area too for further privacy if needed and to cut down the sun if you wanted some shade. The room had a hair dryer, soap, body lotion, washing up liquid and wonderful air conditioning (just make sure you have all the doors and windows closed for it to work). The cleaning of the room was exceptional. We had a brilliant stay here. The staff work really hard and were so helpful, organising our airport transfers, and taxis for us when we popped into Zakynthos town. The food was good too and reasonably priced. The drinks and cocktails also. The lad working on the bar makes a lovely espresso martini! We didnt eat here often as there are other restaurants in the vacinity we wanted to try, as we only stayed a week, but when we did we enjoyed our food. The hotel pool was also lovely and clean and we used this too. The location is only a maximum 5 minute walk to the beach, which is narrow but we loved our days there, with crystal clear water and gently sloping into sea, so great for the grandson to be safe as he learnt to swim. There are two supermarkets a few minutes from the hotel, and some lovely restaurants and a few bars too. Everything you could want in the vicinity and within easy walking distance. It's a quiet resort and very chilled. We relaxed, took a couple of boat trips, and also hired a car.

TV in the room was very small and fitted high so was difficult to plug my firestick in for streaming. Toaster would have been a nice addition as we were self catering.

the pool was very clean and fresh! I loved swimming there. Also the layout was great and never struggled for sun beds. free air conditioning and safe which both worked well for us.

No mosquito nets at balcony doors and we stayed with AIC almost all night. Each morning some of us did not feel well because of this. No shampoo and shower gel only little soap pieces.

Pool for kids. Pool bar where you can eat aslo breakfast after 8 (not earlier) or can order pizza. Near are more restaurants where you ca eat and a store at 100m.

The beach was a bit far. A quiet little town, the lively beach and bars of Alykanas are 5 minutes away by taxi, 40 minutes walking.

The accommodation and the pool were clean and modern, the wifi worked well. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, we had noisy neighbors on first night, I reported the next day and we got a new room. They also helped with car rental and airport transfer. I recommend the accommodation, the price-value ratio is perfect. I would happily return.

Nothing to do with the property but the location was quite far to get to the hotspots in Zante; Laganas, Tsilivi, Zakynthos Town so you are forced to rent a car or get a taxi (€25+ per journey, very expensive)

This property is really clean & the swimming pool is clean unlike any others I have ever seen! Kitchen and fridge included in our stay which made it really helpful. Water shower pressure was amazing! Loved my stay here, highly recommend. :)

The rooms are not quite like in the pictures, the design, furniture etc is basic, nothing fancy.

The owners and staff was nice, the pool and bar area are very enjoyable, close by to a market, beach and taverns.
