Our bathroom flooded completely with every shower

This hotel is right in the middle of town, on a lovely street. The main issue we had was parking - the hotel's carpark was full (its v small), traffic wax mayham & there was no free parking anywhere. The man on reception was not much help, though he did suggest the parking station about 400mts away (requiring us to do a 4th loop of the town!) but he could give me no idea of the cost - not enen a v rough estimate He siad it was always like this parking & traffic wise, so he should have been able to tell me, better still they should have a deal with tne carpark & alsso warn re parking problems. Rooms are v spacious, beds comfortable with nice linen but shower just a handheld nozzzle in bath with no curtain , leaving water evertwhere. We opted not to take our room with balcony & city view so as to have a quiet room at the back but it wasn't that quiet unfortunately- rooms are not well soundproofed. Breakfast had a nice selection though my husnad said coffee wasn't great but they unusually had Earl grey tea, so i was happy. Having a 12pm checkout was nice.

1. It was rather cold in the room. Heating didn't work well and A/C couldn't compensate. 2. Bath small and after shower water kept flooding the floor.

I liked the room in size, comfort, cleanliness.

Bathroom was small. I missed something hot like scrambled eggs with bacon and sausages for breakfast. This is personal of course! Only one choice of coffee delivered the coffee machine

In fact we had a large studio for four persons without kitchenet on the first floor. A double bed was in the one room and two beds in another. Two large separated rooms comfortable with a lot of space, lockers, freeze and stands for the luggage. A small balcony was facing against the central street of the building. Sound isolation was good. It was obvious that buildings responds to to the norms/layout of 19sixties layout with relevant furniture in different little salons in several levels and corners of the halls. We used parking place against the reception desk out of the front door. Breakfast was good and the bread fresh.

This is a clean comfortable hotel with a good central location for exploring Veria. They only have a small parking area but were very accommodating about making it available to us. The receptionist was friendly & gave us any info we needed. We had a small balcony for viewing the street scene. There is a fridge too.

We enjoyed the nice, clean & spacious appartment in the heart of the town. The staff was super polite and friendly and the parking we used was really helpful. Nice little balcony and lovely breakfast.

Was a little bit noisy but totally understandable since it was election day when we checked in! Also no parking was available even though it was mentioned in the description

There could have been slippers in the room to avoid walking with shoes as the floor was not clean enough to walk barefoot or in socks.

The breakfast is good, there is everything you need. The location of the hotel is in a great place. Also if you have a car there is a parking space.

The bathroom is small. Because of the location near some bars and restaurants and street, it is a bit loud. There is no curtain in the shower to prevent the water from flooding, after the shower the bathroom is wet.

Very nice and competent personnel. One receptionist can speak more languages.

The place needs some renovation. Problem with parking when the hotel is busy, because there are few spaces kept by the hotel.

Location was convenient, right next to the cafes, which meant busy nights until late. Breakfast was fine.

Excellent location to explore the town. Has parking, although limited spots but very convenient. Team is warm and welcoming, eager to assist. Breakfast was excellent! Highly recommend this place
