Front desk is very busy with long lines. Could not get late checkout, though I have expected it.

Great view, good location, big room for with everything you might need. People are nice and polite. Good restaurants, free sauna, pool.

Some staff at check in counters. Most of them didn't know much about the hotel amenities, inclusions etc. One person even made up stuff and lied to us with a smile on his face when we asked about the the "welcome amenities" listed on the club room inclusions page. Then when we questioned further he went and spoke to another staff member who knew the details and gave us the correct answer.

I booked a club deluxe room with a harbor view, but was disappointed that it only had a half harbor view. The breakfast menu on the 41st floor is not diverse.

This is a good value 👍 hotel~^^ This hotel has a rooftop with a great view where you can enjoy the night view of Hong Kong without having to visit Victoria Peak.

Checking-in was taken time since there are only 3 staffs. Make sure that you tell the exact location of the hotel to the taxi driver since the roads are one way. If you make wrong turn, you will waste time for going around. The sister hotel called Hotel Alexandra is next door. Make sure you have pinned the correct location of these two hotels. They take different street. You can walk but not the taxi.

The room is clean and spacious. Since we put an extra bed, the staff had upgraded our room. Even we got the room facing the lifts but quite silent. No disturb sounds at all. MTR is just opposite side of the road. Many restaurant s and shops around. Wellcome Supermarket is next to MTR where you can do some groceries like HK People - cheaper than 7-11. You can take Tram No. 3 (North Point) back from Wan Chai and Causeway Bay (The Fortress Hill Stop). Bus No. 18 to Central (Statue Square) and about 10 minutes walk to Central Pier. Look for Pier 7 to Star Ferry for Avenue of Star. The other point to see the Night Light, you can take a walk to East Coast Park Precinct. It’s just behind the hotel next to Harbour. Ask the concierge to lead you the way.

The room did not meet expectations compared to description. It was located on one of the lowest floors, seemed quite old-fashioned (not in a good way) in terms of furniture and decor, and wasn't really suited to executive work travel accommodation. The room had basic instant coffee rather than a coffee machine and the corridor smelled badly of smoke. I could not be upgraded as I had booked via Bookings.com - which I won't be doing again!

Food during tea time and snack before dinner in the VIP Club lounge could be better. Furniture and bathroom need update as they are getting old and outdated.

This is a nice hotel in the Hong Kong island, near to a MTR station and near to many shopping places and places of interest. The room we stayed had a nice view of the harbour. The room is spacious, and has everything that you would typically need, albeit the furnishing feels kind of old, but not to the point that it bothered. Highlight of the stay is the restaurant at the top floor. The view was excellent. The food was pretty good but nothing to write home about, but the view! We didn't know beforehand, but roof top access is open daily between 5(?) to 9pm. This offers even better view than the restaurant does. Day view and night view of the Victoria Harbour are excellent. Loved the stay.

The queue for the check-in was very long, so we waited for some 20mins to check in. We found the room to be really cold and couldn't find an option for warm it up.

Nothing we did not like, some aspects of the hotel may be dated, but in our opinion that added to the appeal.

Superb hotel with really excellent staff who went out of their way to make you welcome and to ensure that all your needs were catered for. The staff appeared well trained and positive to their roles which must reflect good management also.

The charges of laundry was really annoying and unbeleivable! It was 10 times higher than any hotel i’ve been to before in my life! Just to wash 3 shirts i had to pay $50 U.S dollars imagin!!
