The gas stove did not work, only the two electric ones were usable. Also the apartment smelled a bit of smoke (we were no longer used to checking if it was non-smoking when we booked).

Excellent location with great view of the old city. Short distance from the city centre, but a solid climb back up. Friendly owner.

Definitely a walk up the hill, but do-able. If needed, a Bolt ride up from old town was only 3.5 to 8 euro depending on time.

Excellent location up the hillside from the fort. 250+ stairs down to the walled city (and then back up at the end of the day)--Beautiful location, lovely town to visit. great seafood for dinner. Views of the walled city were spectacular. Fun wander the streets inside the walls. Host of the apartment cleaned up early, and we checked in early. Much appreciated. excellent to have parking available.

Parking. But, this is subjective. I don't know how.to drive, park on hill. Because parking lot is uphill... Also, there were not small things in apartment (maybe due to off season), lile salt, coffee, kitchen wraps.... Also, prepare yourself for cardio when returning from.old town (it is uphill).

Aparment is clean, terrace with view on old town. Also, very big. It is about 5-10 minutes walk to downtown, beach. Owners are friendly, nice, relaxed... only saw them once, so they are by side...

With the great view, there is a trade off. It requires lots of energy to get down hill to the city center and back to the apartment by walk. But, it is enjoyable.

The view from the balcony is absolutely fantastic! We can enjoy the view of Dubrovnik both early morning and night. The apartment is neat & clean with separated living room and bedroom. There is parking space available. The owner is friendly and ready to help.

If you are not fit and do not have a car, there are almost 10 min of stairs and it can be a lot, especially with luggage and under the sun...we were also quite disappointed that we had almost no view, as from the pictures it seemed that the room had a view of the sea and old city. Also there was no shampoo or shower gel so make sure to bring some.

We had a lovely stay here for 3 nights. The apartment is very clean and comfortable. Towels and cotton bedding is provided. There is a TV and WiFi. Location is close to the city, banje beach and supermarket. Definitely great value for money for Dubrovnik and the hosts are very nice and kind!

be warned it’s a lot of steps to the apartment (40 flights of stairs), so a general fitness is needed. The apartment was definitely bare bones, but for the view it was worth it

1. As soon as you get into the apartment, it is smelly (old furniture kind of smell). Blankets also smelled same. 2. Bathroom needs renovation - toilet and shower especially. 3. No microwave.

1.They have a washing machine. 2. Kitchen is big enough and you can cook if you want. 3. It is 20 mins of stairs to reach Old Town. So you need to be a little fit. Location is still good. 4. There was a beautiful grape tree on the terrace! 5. Host was very accomodating concerning our arrival time.

Dubrovnik is a beautiful city but has a lot of stairs. You have to walk cca 20 minutes up the staires to get back to the apartment from the city centre. I

It’s usefull to have a place to park your car as parking in Dubrovnik is very expensive and almost impossible.
