It’s just beside the road. So it was super noisy till 4 am in the morning. Also there was no toiletries, no water bottle in the room. Washroom was not clean. Later when I asked, one of the stuff gave me a toilet paper, shampoo and shower gel. There was not even a liquid hand wash or soap in the washroom.

There was no hot water to make coffee in the mornings. It's located right across the street of nightclubs. The music is of course very loud and you could hear it in the room. But I guess some people might see that as a great location

The rooms are really big with a place to get some work done. WIFI was also good

it was dark and scary looking on the inside, the pictures on the website a definitely not current. the property is very run down at present. a good option if you’re looking for somewhere cheap in terms of location.

- Really noisy when around alot of bars play loud music till 3AM at night - The small room has very bad smell, Towls look dirty - Swimming pool very dirty, maybe because of long time after covid

We booked 2 rooms. One was exactly like the picture and amazing. The other was not the same room that we booked and it was not very good. They also charged us full price for the second room even though we received a downgrade. The restaurant was not open which was a disappointment, but there were many other restaurants nearby. Physical location was nice, but there are 2 bars across the street that play very loud music until 3am, which we could hear from our room. Also, outside the downgraded room, there was a man who seemed to be there at all hours of the day, shirtless, with 2 kids running around, while he constantly smoked cigarettes in a confined space. Very unpleasant.

Centrally located near Kuta Beach. Nice pool but no sitting area.

Bathrooms are disgusting! Linens and pillow slips were way too dirty. Got a stain on my sheet in the middle. No coffee machine as mentioned in the features on booking.com. Talked to the staff members they said that they never upload these things on booking.com! Really bad experience there. Smelly rooms, AC making weird sounds, not matching with the pictures shown in booking.com site

The room stunk badly, there were many mosquitoes in the room, the bath and toilet were dirty, the toilet bidet hose was leaking water.

It looked like an abandoned building with dirty walls, ripped and blood stained bedsheets, stinking toilets, broken shower, broken curtains. Complained about the state of our bed in our “Deluxe” room and we were given keys to another - it had the exact same problem - blood stained bed sheets. Absolutely disgusting. Photos do not do justice of how bad the room was.

There is not one thing I could compliment about the property.

Dry rot throughout the bathroom. Dreadful stench. No toilet paper. Toilet reeked.

The bathroom never cleaned in years. When you turn off the light it turns on every half a minute for 1 sec( I had to sleep with the light on because it was anoying) U have the disco close so you can hear the bass like if it is inside the room until they finish. Couldnt rest and be confortable in that room

The hotel itself looks kind of abandoned. Parts of the ceiling and walls are falling off. The place itself is super dirty, I think no one cleans it. The room was disgusting, so much dust everywhere , dirty and stained linen and towels. Turned on the tap for the bathtub and the water became black. I do not care about the extreme noise til 3am, having a tv, WiFi, etc. But at least clean the room before the next guest, just basic....

Location is good of you wanna stay in a busy area full of options.
