Virtually zero WIFI at this property, even in the foyer so I struggled to do any work. No hot water in this location is simply poor maintenance and my toilet leaked all over the bathroom floor when flushed. The adjoining room door allows you to hear everything from the room next-door so I was constantly woken late at night and early morning.

We paid in full on arrival. Big mistake. As soon as we entered our room we knew we would not be sleeping in it. As soon as the door opened the over powering smell of dettol was enough to give anyone a headache. The room was nothing like the pictures online. Massive disappointment. The towels provided were old and crusty. The room was falling apart. To open the door we had to use full force and when we did it felt like the door was breaking. The bathroom was disgusting and there was no hot water at all. The pathway to the hotel was dark and gloomy. I honestly don’t know where to stop I could go on and on about this place. Save your money do not stay here!! After 5 minutes in the room we went to reception and asked for a refund as we couldn’t stay there it felt more like jail then a hotel. Reception said no refund and to email his manager which we did and had no response. We went and booked another hotel immediately.

Unfortunately this place is well below the cleanliness and general maintenance level required to run an accommodation facility.

it was honestly dirty, the bathrooms were really nasty. The pool was to dirty to use. there was a squirrel captured in a tiny inhumane cage. honestly don’t stay here!!!

This is an older property, but has everything you need. Good location and good value for money. We used it as a base for our month in Bali. Our room was quiet, clean and perfectly adequate. We would stay again

The room was absolutelly moldy and wet. I booked doublebed room, received two separate beds. Wet and moldy. Towels was smell from mold, ACC was very noisy. The bathtub was leaking. In the fridge was some opened drink :D I cannot recommend this accommodation. This accomodation should be very low cost hostel.

Hotel is very run down and needs a lot of TLC, leaking aircons, strained towels, dirty and mouldy shower, door handles falling off, dripping aircon pipes over electrical wires, leaking toilet, bees had made home in bathroom wall, pool ad a lot of broken tiles and was always dirty. The photos of hotel on all booking sites must be from 10+ years ago because hotel and accomodation doesn’t look like this, they should be updated as it is very miss leading. Not worth the money what we paid when we had friends who paid $40 a night, ours was more like staying in a tent and theirs was staying at the “Tal Mahal”
