We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SwitzerlandThe worst thing in this hotel is the breakfast - the room was super packed and quite dark (we like light rooms). Mostly a la card. I would not book this hotel again - just because of the breakfast. The hotel is also overpriced for what it offers.
The breakfast room was very full and we asked to be seated at the window. The waiter suggested we wait outside and he would call us which worked perfectly fine ad he called us 5 minutes later and had a table near the window for us.

United KingdomRooms were warm. Jacuzzi in spa should have had a break of 5 minutes between bubbles but it was longer before could turn it back on, then when it was on, it wasn't long. Shame there wasn't a spa pool which could be used for anyone without kids.
Really comfortable. Friendly staff. Really clean. Location was easy to walk to the town where the other bars were. Food at breakfast and evening dinner was lovely. Spa Sula was great with the sauna, steam room, showers and jacuzzi included.

Our room was very clean. The staff we met were great. Very efficient and helpful. The pool was great. The staff at pool reception were lovely. Very friendly. The restaurant, portos, was lovely. Really enjoyed the food and the staff were great. Coveys next door was great for lunch.
