Our room was very small room 611. Need extra bath towels assigned to rooms with 1 overnight stay.

Excellent stay only downside dbl bedroom very small. Stay one night 2 sets each of bath towels shold be assigned for 1 overnight stay 1 for the evening and 1 for next morning. Other than the cons excellent stay, great customer experience, brillant staff, facilities very clean and comfortable. Breakfast exceptional dining area spotless. Reception staff very helpful and accomodating ordered us taxi to Andre Rieu concert in 3 Arena. Car parking facilitues at hotel. Will def be returning. Please add us to your mailing list for offers.

It was difficult to order roomservice and the staff seemed to struggle to deliver the food.

Easy to reach, friendly staff especially at reception, breakfast was good and the hostess was helpful in pointing us to a more quiet table since we were travelling with a newborn and one year old.

Unfortunately, I encountered a few issues during my stay. Service at the restaurant was slow, and the windows in the room could not be opened. Additionally, the door to my room did not close properly. The most troubling aspect was the small size of the hall, which allowed noise from other rooms to be heard throughout the night. The cleaning process also seemed to take a long time, contributing to the overall noise and making the hotel feel quite crowded.

The location is fabulous and the structure is impressive.

The room was small. The bathroom was terrible. Every time we used the shower everything got wet from the humidity and lack of curtain. The floor was slippery which kind of defeated the purpose of ADA bathroom. For the price of the hotel the room was definitely not worth it.

The lobby and restaurants were very fancy and nice.

The poorest breakfast we have ever had in Ireland. The food was lukewarm and there were no fried eggs. In the evening the restaurant was closed and only bar meals were available. No shelf for ablution items in the bathroom.

Night manager was horrible to deal with. We had come back at 2am from being out and were chatting in the room to which then night manager knocked and advised of a noise complaint from the next room which is understandable and we apologised and advised we would be quiet. He stood outside the room and knocked seconds later to advise we were “screaming” which is frankly untrue as I had literally only closed the door from the first knock. He didn’t knock again which confirms we weren’t loud to begin with and we were made feel uncomfortable at the thought of him waiting outside our room listening for a reason to knock when there was none.
