The room was great but lacked hanging hooks for towels and other things. Also, no refrigerator was disappointing.

The room had no mini fridge to keep drinks cold, therefore the hotel should provide an ice machine located on the floors. The jacuzzi was out of order for the 2 days we were there. The electronic suite pad in the room did not work, when we rang the reception and explained this (as we wanted to order room service) we were told the menu is online, when we checked the online menu this was very outdated with older prices therefore when we received the bill it was a lot more expensive than what the menu had stated online.

We loved the size and comfort of the bed, we had a lovely sleep here. The staff were lovely and helpful throughout our stay Underground car part was a bonus especially because there was a storm while we were there so we didn't have to get soaked! The room was a good size. The Rituals products were a bonus in the room and these were fully topped up each day. We loved the outdoor pool, this provided relaxation and tranquility. There were jets in the pool outside.

The fact that we didn't stay for at least 2 nights to fully enjoy the pool and spa and dinner in the hotel.

Room was big, bed very comfortable, everything very clean. Coffee machine and bathtub were a plus. Breakfast was one of the best we've had, great choice and variety of foods. Excellent quality. A plus for the raw organic honey and the presentation.

Very pleased with our room, very comfortable. Such a vast choice for breakfast. We ate in the dining room for one evening, meal was very nice, and once in the bar, both times staff very attentive and food good.

Looking out over the river wier from the restaurant. Staff are super and attentive. Nice history as built on the old baths with some original tiling visible downstairs in the bar. Double sink in bathroom was a nice addition to a room with both shower and bath. Had breakfast lunch and dinner , and loved the food. Breakfast range was excellent.

The pool facilities were amazing. Pool , sauna , steam room , jacuzzi and outdoor hydrotherapy pool , the room was spotless, the bed was extremely comfortable , the tv had a great selection of channels , the bath was really great and deep , a double sink in the bathroom, a seperate wardrobe /desk area . Although its located on a busy road the hotel is extremely quiet .

Breakfast was fantastic Room was beautiful and couldnt fault it Dinner was nice, will try the menu again on our next visit. Had planned on going into the city for dinner and drinks but upon discovering the spa and leisure facilities we choose to use the hydro-pool and have dinner and drinks in the hotel instead. The hydro-pool was fantastic to have and the setting of it outdoors and overlooking the river and view was so relaxing and enjoyable.

Also we find it hard to believe that we couldn’t get a drink at the bar on the day bar wasn’t open until 415 so we didn’t wait and went into town.

The location was very good. The staff were wonderful. We had a suite booked x2. My room was very spacious. My other family members had been in the other suite. It is in bad condition and there’s a damp smell plus my daughter nearly cut the top of her toe as the floor tiles are all loose and chipped. This room should be top of the list for an overhaul. ASAP

The location is nice and quiet by the river but it does mean you need to get a bus or taxi into town to avoid a 35 minute walk. Not a big deal as buses and taxis are plentiful, but just worth keeping in mind

We stayed in a Classic King Room which was a good size and very clean. We loved the touch of the iPad in the room where you can order food to the room or check out services in the hotel. The bathroom was particularly nice with both a bath and seperate shower. The outdoor pool was also such a treat as this isn't common in Ireland. We just ate breakfast in the hotel but it was a great mix of hot and cold food in a buffet style, as well as other items available to order.

The room/hotel in general was very very warm. Had to keep the windows open all night and even at that we were still too warm but great otherwise

Rooms were really comfortable and clean. The pool/outdoor pool was really nice. Lots of parking and the views of the river were lovely. Great breakfast, very good value for money and the bar area is nice too

The restaurant food was only mediocre.

Room was lovely and spacious with walk in shower plus bath. Plenty of storage. Good quality toiletries. The pool. Steam and sauna was very good. Lovely outdoor small infinity pool. The bar food was good.

The prices in the restaurants were quite high.

It’s incredibly comfortably, great products in the room, staff are very friendly and helpful, it’s truly designed to ensure your complete relaxation. We both had Spa treatments and were honestly the best we’ve ever had. The pool and outdoor thermal pool facilities were also fantastic!
