many items from my bags missing including my Sun glasses ray ban n reading glasses The stuff from bag is missing n they they bluntly replied not found I called n mailed No Response whatsoever I will never every stay here

I got plant-based toiletries and they had a rather unpleasant aroma.

The rooms were large, clean, and very comfortable. The bathroom was also well-equipped and had many conveniences including ironing board and iron. Both the buffet lunch and breakfast had variety and the food was good.

- aircon in room was not proper & cool enough inspite of keeping lower temperature - lobby aircon was also not working properly - steam iron was not in room and when called, had to follow up repeatedly at regular intervals with 4 calls before it came - rooms were not clean as per 5 star standard

I chose the hotel based on my very good experience at two other Crowne Plaza hotels in New Delhi (Rohini and Okhla). This one in Pune, however, was much worse and I would never imagine that the quality of the hotel within the same brand could be so different in a negative sense. I don't recommend it: weird smell in the corridor (8th floor), old furniture, generally not in the best state.

All Gujarathi preparations were below ordinary mark . Simple regular tea could have been better, seemed like a lot of recycled tea leaves were used ( even by 9.30 am?). No vegetable juices or health drinks.

The location was proper but the spread was limited and repeated, more importantly the preparations were not up to the mark . Expected better. The staff in the breakfast zone however was very good

The large room was well appointed, the AC cooling, and sleep quality were excellent. I loved that that had Grohe fittings, Apotheke products and a Philips hairdryer in the bathroom. The view was good too. The wifi was good enough to do a work meeting over video. The breakfast buffet at Mosaic was superb. A great spread of Indian as well as continental. The sausages were tasty, sautéed corn yum, wada was crisp and fluffy without being oily, the fruit compotes and mango custard were really delicious. On the minus side, the dhokla was slightly dry and I would've liked baked beans on my plate too. Even their a la carte was well crafted, with authentic ingredients (Thai curry was rich with kafir lime and galangal) and the tiny mango & cardamom creme brulée had the perfect 'crackle' on the caramelised sugar. The in-room dining was quick and tasty. The reception team was hospitable and most kindly gave us a late check out. We enjoyed our stay (although the pool, lifts and the rooftop bar seemed like they could be better maintained) and would definitely recommend for business travellers or staycays on a budget.

Weaker Area: Restaurant Restaurant Staff is not capable to handle huge amount of guest at a time. To much noise among staff during their internal discussion Live stall area ( Dosa, Paratha , Tea etc ) are so dirty & ugly & no sign of hygiene and looks like road side vender stall . In breakfast, Pork item not placed separately and there is no sign of pork item. Muslim guest may be hurt by this arrangement. This ignorance show, less experienced and un professional management handling restaurant management .top off Less top off of emptied item eighter in BF or Dinner Reception : Very poor reception desk, uncomfortable to chat while checking or checkout Reception staff need more training Room – No wow factor while entering in room A bad smell welcomes you while you are entering first time Pillow very thick; No verity in pillow All while clothe (bad sheet, towel etc.) become yellowish – poor internal laundry Room service ; Weakest part of hotel – a simple request took 15 min even after second reminder and its sign of poor governance .

Strengthen Area: Restaurant is good, Food quality is good, Variety available, Aggressive assistance by restaurant staff for guest, Highly appreciate welcome & and humble assistance by Mohammed Mohsin Khan.

absolute disaster, everything is disappointing, checked out after the first night and moved in the Sheraton up the street. Crowne Plaza is simply not worth your money or the ‘stars’ - wired smell of wet dog through out the hotel incl the room - not clean, everything is somewhat dirty - wifi not useable in the room (second floor) - booked a room with lounge access for work, turns out the lounge is closed for maintenance - gym is run down and all three treadmills in the gym repeatedly malfunctioned mid excercise - the breakfast is tasteless - the bar is totally overpriced and staff clearly not trained properly

Lights hanging, bathroom door making very loud noise everytime we shut it, light switches not working, big marks and stains on the table. Not at all worth 7k a night.

I was firstly on the 7th floor as I arrived, getting my room changed was not easy after the noise of weight training equipment thumping on the floor above was unbelievable. I was cut off the phone and left waiting for 20 minutes before I made my own way to reception, failed by Customer services. Bhupen on reception was very good the entire stay and apologetic, but I was not happy with just being moved at this point and demanded a gesture be made. He cleared it that breakfast was included. He escorted me personally to the room. The next day the drinking glass in my room was dirty and I was missing a towel, after the room had been made up. I called to complain. The next day the glass was again dirty with lip marks and this time had a hair not belong to me in the glass, which was just disgusting. The poolside decking was in a dilapidated condition and had dozens of nails sticking up proud of the decking along with dozens of staples and rough splintered wooden edges just begging to cause some horrible injury to your bare feet as you use the pool. The toilet at the pool side was not clean and the toilet flush was next to useless. I made an online complaint and heard nothing at even 8 days later. The bookings.com listing was showing a special offer of 20% off Restaurant and Spa until 30th September, this caused some confusion as the staff even thought it was current. I then realised it had expired in 2022, 5 months before my stay. I had also seen that my breakfast was included, but this was likely a similar issue and was not on the booking once completed. Too many issues and a real pain in the neck and not at all what one expects from The Crowne Plaza. It was by far my worst stay during a 42 day stay in India. Photos available.
