1)Rates are on higher side. 2)Breakfast-80% repetition of earlier days menu. 3)The AC control is pathetic. Somehow we in India think that unless it's freezing cold the AC is not useful and put the settings accordingly which makes the stay uncomfortable without asking for a room heater.

Rooms are spacious.Staff is courteous. Housekeeping staff is efficient and accomodative

More poolside furniture. But not many people seemed to use the pool so we could use the sunbeds. It is such a lovely pool, would be nice to make more of it.

Good value hotel in a good location. Pool very nice on a hot day! Room very clean, special thanks to Roopchand who kept my room spotless and was super helpful. Would stay here again. Good breakfast too. Their taxis were good too - big shout to the super nice, honest and helpful Narender Singh +91 9968228921 - he took us everywhere, even to the airport at 4am.

As has been mentioned before, the hotel is overpriced for what is offered, and is a bit soulless. It would not have been my choice if I was travelling independently. Our small group (seven) had a welcome meeting with our guide, at which we were offered tea or coffee. We - naively - assumed this was on the house. Not so - I was charged 470 rupees (roughly £4.50) for a small cup of weak, lukewarm "cappuccino".

Booked an extra night before joining up with a tour group.

Break fast was standard and did not change during the whole stay

The room was well sized and bathroom clean. The lobby and reception staff were very welcoming. They even provided a scale to weigh our luggage at the end of our stay

The price

We chose this hotel primarily because of its location. We didn't want any surprises on our first night in India and, in that respect, it delivered. The price was very high by comparison to everywhere else we stayed and whilst it was 'fine' it lacked charm and was soulless. The service was very good, but the hotel was impersonal - you might have been anywhere in the world. Drinks were seriously expensive but breakfast was delicious and all the staff were charming and helpful. The travel desk was extremely helpful with transfers and organised a great driver and extremely good guide for us for Delhi and Agra.

There isn’t much around this hotel, it’s a 15mn walk from Connaught Place. Taxis from the hotel are overpriced, staff was not very helpful. Wifi limited to 2 devices, for the price of the room, it’s very stingy.

Not 5 star superior as advertised. Price/quality does not fit.

This is advertised as 5star superior, but we do not believe it fits this category, I would rather place it as a 4 stars. Facilities etc haven seen better days. Rooms and facilities are very clean. Gym is small and basic. We did not try the pool as it was too cold. Tripple occupancy rooms are slightly small and the extra bed quite old and shabby. Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast quite complete, but not a 5 star superior quality. All in all, if the hotel had been advertised and priced as 4 stars, we would have given it an 8 or 9.

Restaurant was very overpriced, which was a shame. The hotel transport was also overpriced, but using Uber/Ola worked well. Not super close to any metro stations. All rooms were twins even though we requested doubles.

Nice clean rooms, all twin. Allowed us to leave our bags in the luggage store for 4 days, before our next stay at the hotel. Breakfast was a fairly good spread (particularly the freshly cooked omelette).
