A bit noisy, we heard neighbors and street noise at night.

Super location! Near to restaurants, harbour and 10min walk of the train station. The host waited for us on our late check-in, super kind! Large room with large bathrooms!

I would've loved to have access to drinking water, so we avoid having to buy many bottled water. We had a very disappointing incident by the end of our stay, the cleaning staff came knock in our room around 10:00 AM, asking us to leave the room because she had to clean because there was another host coming. Her attitude was not good and very impatient. I explained to her that the check out time showed here in the app was 10:30, and she said is 10:00. I even showed her that detail from my phone. We ended up leaving the room at 10:30, as shown here in the app, however she knocked once again to rush us even after I explained to her that we would leave as marked here in the app. I understand that the rooms need to be cleaned quick, but it was the attitude that made it a bad experience. Definitely check that up and have the time changed here in the app to avoid confusion and so it matches your desired checkout time.

The location is good, you can walk to the port, the city center, some restaurants, and ofc the train station :) The room was clean, and you have private bathroom which I think is hard to find in Italy, all the amenities included as listed.

Apartment above was a little noisy, noise echoed through the building but it was during sociable hours so didn't really affect me too much

The only thing that I didn't like were loud neighbours, the rooms are not really soundproofed and I could hear everything. Ear plugs recommended.

Amazing location, just next to the main street in La Spezia, 10 minutes away from the train station. The room had everything what I needed, there was even a radiator, which was very useful as the nights were quite cold, as well as a kettle and a fridge. A single room was quite spacious and very clean. Very helpful staff, they speak English. The rooms are cleaned and towels replaced every two days.

it was really easy to check in with lovely caterina who spoke excellent English. it was a nice enough room, comfy bed and clean bathroom. close to main strip of la spezia and not far from the train station 15 minute walk to get to the 5 towns of Cinque terre.

Would have loved some more brochures available about the town, activities and eatery suggestions. Also maybe some basic items such as a coffee mug and utensils.

Key collection system was very good and efficient. Good distance from train station and city center. Room and Bathroom comfortable size.

The location was a bit too far from the main train station to walk alone in the night without feeling uncomfortable as a solo female traveller (nothing about the hotel itself of course)

Great room with very well designed facilities and great host and staff, very friendly and helpful. Stayed here as a base to visit Cinque Terre and was given helpful tips by the host on other places to visit as well. Host also helped with info about buying tickets, and other practical day to day tips which was really useful.

There was no breakfast and the room window opened on a small and dark courtyard surrounded by buildings so It felt a bit claustrophobic

I didn’t like having to notify arrival. I prefer a lockbox as arrival plans often change. Unfortunately there was noise of a generator or similar engine which constantly fired up. Just to let management know- the toilet seat is loose in room no2.

I did like being able to access the room early and leave bags so we could go hiking without them.

Not a hotel, but 3 flats together with un-manned reception outside. No facilities or any human intervention. A small room and small bathroom, both tightly packed with furniture. Flats in the same area, where my friends stayed, are larger and much cheaper
