It'd be cool to have better instructions on how to find the hotel, as it's pretty hidden and I had a hard time finding the place.

The hotel owner is super nice and ready to accommodate you. The place is sparkling clean and it's comfortable for short stays.

Air conditioner. During the first night it was hot so I call the owner to explain the situation , he helps immediately with this. The next day our air works as expected.

Walls a bit thin (to be expected). A small electric fan would also be good for the hotter nights. Otherwise, was good for the price.

Great location in a beautiful little complex. The room and bathroom were larger than I expected. It’s in a great spot. Good walking distance to the main sights including Vatican City, and otherwise bus stops and metro right nearby. Breakfast was simple - small coffee and croissant but it was enough to get me started. The man at reception was very kind to help check me in late at night (very appreciated) and check in/out was a breeze. I would be happy to stay there again and recommend it to others.

The most challenging part was finding the apartment as it’s in a gated community. I would recommend just a bit more detail after booking about where the doorbell is to buzz to get inside and how to exit the building once you drop your keys.

A wonderful B&B just off the busiest parts of the city. The owner was very hospitable and took time to explain key details upon arrival. I also enjoyed the included breakfast at the near café as it started my day off like a local. The elevator inside the building was an antique and added to the building’s charm.

The bed blanket was quite heavy and sipped to the floor at night, so I had to wake up at night to get it back.

The room was really spacious and had everything you need. The host was super friendly, helped me with the bags and allowed to check out a bit later with no problem. I liked the location (20 minutes to the city center) and the inner yard view from the window.

The bed is too small and make the heavy blanket slipping down all the time,then catch cold in the midnight in such a cold weather.Suggest to have a lighter quilt or a bigger bed for holding the blanket.

The staff are so warm and friendly.Although they are not good at English,they are so willingly to help you and give you warm smiles. Close to Vatican city by 15 mins walking but far to others,bus and metro close and there is a supermarket nearby which is pretty convenient.

Just an amazing place to stay! Incredibly good-natured host Roberto, explained and prompted everything, was always in touch and supported. The location of the hotel is excellent - all the sights are within walking distance. The room itself is very clean, beautiful and cozy. Special thanks for the wonderful view of the blooming garden in the yard! Breakfast - a delicious croissant with coffee - the best that can be in Italy! I will definitely come back!

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. I found everything i needed. It's not far from the center, about 20 minutes by walk. The metro station "Lepanto" in 10 minutes, the right way to Termini. The stuff was ready to help. I will come back here next time in Rome.

No place where you can smoke, you had to go down and climb to the 4th floor every time. There was no air conditioning in the room, but if you close the shutters in the room will be cold and I had no problems with it.

I really liked my room. It was very clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable, I had my own bathroom. In the room I had a hair dryer, Wi-Fi, 3 clean towels, soap, shampoo, refrigerator and 2 small bottles of water that I could drink. Near the house there are many bus stops, a good shop, bar and shop where you can buy tickets, to the subway ~ 10 minutes. The owner / administrator was very friendly and helpful. I really liked the view from my window to the courtyard.

Simply that it was a little too far from the centre. But nothing insurmontable.

I had a very comfortable stay. There is a lot of freedom, it nearly feels like it's your little apartment when it comes to the coming and going. I would definitely recommend it to introverts like myself. Very clean and well handled! It was very neat. The centre of Rome is quite far off (30-50 min away by foot) but there is the metro that is very easy to use.
