The kitchen could be equipped more carefully.

A clean, well-prepared apartment awaited us in a beautiful building. The garden and the entire area are perfectly maintained in a quiet environment. The host is really nice and helpful.

Beautiful, tranquil location, with a spectacular view of Orvieto from the small terrace. Very friendly host and comfortable, spacious accommodation. So easy to drive the few kilometers to the free train station car park at the bottom and then take a funicular up to Orvieto for a few euros. Orvieto is fascinating and the restaurants are so reasonably priced. Would also recommend nearby Bolsena on the lake of the same name. What a gorgeous location!

The location proximity to Orvieto was amazing. It is quiet, clean, country-side, and convenient... with massive character. Right in the heart of wine and olive oil production of Umbra. With plenty of tourist attractions, shopping, and dining. We loved it. There is an amazing restaurant, super close and amazing wine, cheese, olive oil and truffle tasting in the region.

Our stay was wonderful. Martina was a very kind and welcoming host, and the apartment was nicely furnished and very clean. The view over Orvieto was spectacular, and the little terrace the perfect place for a morning coffee or evening drink. The kitchen was well equipped, the bathroom clean and the bedroom very comfortable. The traditional style of the decor and furniture was very charming. The location was peaceful and felt secluded, but it’s only a short drive into Orvieto, and is a great base from which to explore the rest of Umbria. Would thoroughly recommend and would love to come back again!

Very clean and quiet, spacious apartment. Small kitchen for the breakfast of your own. Orvieto pretty near and some good restaurants, too.

Spacious, modern bungalow apartment. Bigger than it looks in the photos, because the roof is high. Amazing view of Orvieto from your own patio. 7 minute drive to the old town, which has a lot of attractions and restaurants. Deck chairs available. Very friendly owners. Great place to unwind!

There was no ability to walk outside of the property due to the very narrow roads and traffic. No shoulder. More pillows and dishes were needed.

The property and views were incredible. The host and family were very friendly and accommodating.

The holiday farm is found in a strategic location indeed it is very close to Orvieto, Civita di Bagnoregio and the Bolsena lake. It is a very cozy and relaxing place where it is so nice to come back to after a long day of visiting different places. The owner of the property was very kind and nice. I would definitely recommend this place!

Fantastic location with formidable view. Clean well cared for premises with everything that you need. Friendly and welcoming hosts. An oasis to relax in after a long hot day. The family restaurant La Pergola in Orvieto is a cosy place which serves delicious food at reasonable prices. Will be back :)
