The hotel staff were not friendly, waitresses at breakfast were overwhelmed and stressed. We asked at the reception whether we could borrow an iron and we were asked to deposit 50 Euro for the iron. For such a huge hotel, i think an iron should have been provided in each room.

Location was perfect ...walking distance to major sites and to the train station.

The breakfast was very basic for this kind of hotel and orientated to tourists with a sweet tooth!!!!!!!. No much choice for people who like their cereals and fruits in the morning and the choice of cheeses was so poor. Please improve the quality of your breakfast.

Nothing much i faced a conference during my stay and was not comfortable to walk through people of the conference during my stay.

Everything the location, the staff, and the room is really specious. The location is 4 minutes walk to the train station, and less than 10 minutes to the domo The breakfast is good too

There are two showers in the room, one is with the bathtub, and the other one is in the shower room. However, the one with the bathtub cannot modify the temperature and the one in the shower room cannot change the humidity levels.

- The room was generally dusty. For 200€ per night, a very clean room is normally expected. - The bidet was not so clean. - The bed cover looked as if it had been washed last time several years ago. There was only one small bed cover for two people. And it was stinky. - The breakfast was ok but for the price it could be much better. - The tissues smelled not fresh.

The bed was a bit hard.

There wasn't a lot to choose from on breakfast, but it was nice and the service really good. Service in general in the hotel is great, and the hotel is classic and beautiful. It's really close to the train station, so it was easy to get scooters to go anywhere.

Had a room on the ground floor with window view to the road, preferred a room with more private view, if possible, a balcony attached. No daily complimentary drinking water on hot summer days are simply disappointing.

Greeted by friendly and helpful front desk staffs, and enjoyed the stunning yet warm and welcoming comfy antique lounge seats in lobby & well maintained and decorated lounge areas. Room service and cleaning is good, and prompt. Hotel's location is superb within walking distance to most attractions and restaurants, and convenient store. Breakfast service staffs are helpful, efficient and cheerful. Breakfast choices are good, and refreshed regularly with requested soft boiled eggs done to perfection and chocolate milk were simply delightful. A great way to start the day!

The location and the breakfast. The lift and the storage of luggage after check-out. Some of the employees are nice and kind. But one man at reception is not very welcoming when I tried to check-in. He saw me approaching the counter while he was trying to sit in front of the computer. He sat down anyway and after I said I would like to check-in, he then slowly stood up and walked to the counter.

If I must find some small minuses: we didn't receive an iron, only a steamer, for a 50 euros deposit, money which they gave back the next morning after handing over the steamer. The bathroom was a little small, it was difficult to enter, the door was not opening fully (due to it's weight, scratched the floor). The floor in the bathroom was not very clean. The walls in the bathroom presented marks of saltpeter.

Very nice hotel, very close to the trains station and also close for visiting the city. It has classy, old stylish furniture. Very organized staff, breakfast started at 7AM exactly. The breakfast was very good, varied, tasty with many options for all tastes. The room was very nice, with hard wood furniture, the windows had a nice arcuate form with a view to an inner courtyard. Good air-condition system, which was good on the hot summer days. The bed was very comfortable, clean, with good pillows. Towels were changed daily. We had a good stay and would gladly return.
