We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

All the food was delicious. Dinner comes with apetizers and than the 3 more courses. Just perfect. And the staff was great and friendly. Great athmosfere in the hotel.

SerbiaPasta at dinner surprisingly is not the best choice. Too big portion with not enough souse and too much pasta. Some items as accessories in toilet and inner doors and be renewed.
Very good and professional stuff, all in purpose of skiing. They will always bring you to the desired destination regardless that you are ski in ski out and 100 m from the slope.

Slovenia- The room was warm enough, but the radiator in the bathroom need air venting. - Bathroom is OK, but the shower cabin could be bigger.
+ Very friendly staff + Great location for skiing on Sella Ronda (Dolomiti Superski). + Good selection of food for dinner and for breakfast too (maybe missing some vegetables for breakfast like olive or tomato or cucumber)

United KingdomThe room was of an extremely poor standard for the price - I have stayed in better hostels for a quarter of the price. The shower room had a bad smell and the water did not drain, so would flood the whole shower / toilet room. The shower also had black mould. The staff were not particularly welcoming, with one member stating he forgot to come back to us with an answer to a question for 15 minutes.

- fantastic location, ski lift nearby and even if you find the distance too long to walk, the hotel staff will give you a ride to the lift - the breakfast was quite tasty - friendly staff

SloveniaThe hotel's heating is ineffective during low outdoor temperatures. While the food selection is satisfactory, the quality requires some enhancement. Please exercise caution when choosing your dinner selections for the next day, as the menu is available only in Italian. Additionally, the mobile data signal and wifi connectivity are weak.
The hotel staff is friendly and accommodating, and the location is convenient, with a nearby cable car to Marmolada. The hotel also offers a taxi service to transport guests to the nearest ski lift.
