Visited the Sky Terrasse a couple of times for dinner and it felt a little under-staffed but the food was excellent particularly the pizza!

The apartment was fabulous and the location was perfect. The apartment was clean with all mod cons and little touches such as washing tablets as we had been travelling prior to arrival. The staff were amazing, very attentive and helpful and gave us some free local drinks to try. Alexandra in particular was so nice and couldn't do enough to ensure we were having a great stay throughout - will definitely return.

This property is giving a home-away-from-home experience. Stayed for 2 nights. The apartment was spacious and very clean. It has all the facilities necessary, like washer, dryer and a kitchenette. Breakfast is nice and well prepared with a good variety. Location is wonderful just 10 minutes from the station where the Gardaland free shuttle bus is. We have been given an apartment with a view if the square facing the lake. Alexandra is very kind and helpful, she gave lots of recommendations. I travelled alone with my 3 year old and without their help I don't think we are able to enjoy this trip. The manager also opened for us when we had to pick the luggage up. The pizza from the restaurant was very nice too.

Location was great! The apartment was large, clean and comfortable. Nearby parking (free of charge) was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast was delicious!

Amazing location! Right on the waters edge. 10-15min walk from train station. Lovely bars and restaurants all around it and off the lovely side streets. Apartments were HUGE!! Bright and airy. So comfortable and absolutely spotless! They had everything needed for your stay. Including a good hairdryer! Safe also provided in room. Breakfast was served on the rooftop terrace. Your order for breakfast was placed at reception the previous evening. Lots of choices. Lovely restaurant or terrace for food or drinks. Staff really nice and friendly. .

The location is perfect, restaurants and boat tour is just right outside the hotel. The apartment was spacious, clean and nice. The parking was secure in a covered and lock up garage.

You cant get any more central. It takes its pros and cons with it. The restaurant closes at 23.00 so little bit loud until then but thats the only negative.

The only thing that let it down for me was that we were there for 5 nights and we read that there would be a change of towels and cleaning done half way through the stay, but this never happened, so we had no clean towels towards the end of the stay. I also asked about having the bins collected because our toddler is in nappies and was sent a whatsapp message that they would arrange a collection of the bins daily due to the nappies but this also didn't happen. Checkout was also confusing, we went downstairs to hand in our keys and the attendant asked if we'd already checked out with [person's name], when I said no that we'd never even met anyone of that name, she looked on her system and said yes must have already checked out with this other person but we hadn't. Following this checkout went smoothly.

The accommodation and our stay were outstanding! We were really happy with it and with our stay. I don't even think the photos do the apartment justice, even nicer in person. It was lovely and spacious for a one-bed apartment/hotel, clean and with great air con. There was a washing machine in the apartment with one tab provided which was really helpful to us a family with a toddler. The location was excellent, very centrally located to the tourist area and close enough to the train station too. The breakfast was lovely, you get to choose your options and its served outside in their terrace, and it was such a lovely start to the day with the view, coffee and breakfast outside! Also a really nice restaurant that's part of the hotel and offers a discount to guests.

We looked for an apartment with a kitchen, because we were traveling with kids and needed to cook. The kitchen turned out to be very very small which did not allow us to actually cook for a 5 people family. The oven appeared to be a tiny toaster, and the stove was very small with no working area. There was no laundry drier. The parking spot was very narrow and very challenging to enter into with a big car.

The hotel is placed in the center of the old town, in a terrific spot. The breakfast on the rooftop terrace was a wonderful way to start our day.

If you are carying a lot of bags then transfering them from the car to the hotel is difficult as you have to park the car far. The car park is also far from the hotel.

The roof terace where we had breakfast was amazing. I liked the area around the hotel.

It had a verry good vibe, the location was execelent, people nice and smiling, and the suite apartament was done with a lot of attention to details! I was also very clean! It has a rooftop terrace for breakfast that again brings a good start of the morning! We love it!

The parking was really good because it was individualized locked parking. We had a small suv and it was a little bit hard for me as the driver to get in and out... I'm not that big of a girl. I'm just not great parking in small spaces. The walk to the hotel was not bad except for with suitcases. I wish there were a way to drop them off closer and then park. But it really wasn't that bad. Just not expected. Only other little thing is the sanitation workers start around 7am cleaning the street to make it beautiful for the day.. So we got woken up a couple times. But the location was worth it.

First and foremost, we loved the staff. Everyone was so welcoming and super helpful. The room was awesome. Clean, spacious, and in a great location right in the middle of everything. The restaurant was really good. We ate there a few times during our week. Once, or twice because we too tired from exploring to go anywhere else. But the food never dissatisfied us. And breakfast on the rooftop was amazing!!!
