Bathroom was small, I did not know where to put my hygienic products. You can also hear other guests while staying in the room.

Good location <5 minutes to the beach, <15 minutes to the old town Chiogga. Very friednly and helpful staff. Thank you. Good value for the price. They provided us parking (5 EUR per day at the beach). They also provided us 2 rooms as we requested ( one signe double bed and 2 separate beds). There was water, kettle, coffee, tea. Standard breakfast.

The building next door is being renovated and the sun is blocked by scaffolding.

Location is very good, close to the beach and not far away from old town 20min walking. Staff very kind. Breakfast was superior with a lot of prime quality products.

The hotel is very nice and clean, the rooms are not very large, but the beds are comfy. (you don't really need large rooms, since you would like to be at the sea, rather then stay in bed in the room). The staff is very, very friendly and nice, ready to be of assistance, whenever you are in need. The breakfast was amazing, with all kind fruits, sweet and salty foods (even vitello tonnato), and last but not least.. Prosecco :) the hotel also has an agreement with the beach administrators, so you can reserve and pay your place on the beach directly from the hotel.

Only negative was no balcony and opposite view towards house construction wall in two meters distance from window.

Very minor and almost insignificant: no kettle, shower cabin little too small for bigger people, bed little too soft for heavier people. For breakfast: coffee machine for capsules instead of coffee beans, hot dishes not hot enough. Parking lot suggested by the hotel cheaper than public parking lot located next door but very messy and not inspiring confidence at all. We used more expensive public one which seemed a lot safer.

Very good continental breakfast, absoluty the best of four hotels we visited in Northern Italy this time. Clean bathroom and room, very efficient air conditioning, friendly staff. Hard floor in a room which is always more hygienic than carpets / rugs / soft floor covers of any kind dominating hotels all over the Europe. We asked for rooms with side see view and we got them, small thing but nice :)

I couldn't figure out the coffee machine and I felt badly because I wanted a cup of coffee so badly first thing in the morning. Honestly it wasn't that big of a deal because they were always willing to help. The hotel next door is being renovated so there was construction noise in the morning. It's okay since you're out and about exploring. At night the dishes rattle from the hotel restaurant next door but that's okay! At around 10:30 p.m. it's nice and quiet.

I love the staff how friendly they were, and how they loved to help me. It was very easy to communicate with them and the breakfast rocked! I loved the area, a very lively neighborhood of Sottomarina. A very short walk to Chioggia where you can take a boat ride or just look at the beautiful buildings. I enjoyed 'little Venice' better than Venezia! Thank you for a beautiful stay. Love and kisses, Kimberly B, the silly American.

Nothing at all

Everything the staff were so helpful went above and beyond for all guests. Buffet breakfast was magnificent. Varied and plentiful. Hotel manager used his own car to transfer us to port as no taxis available.

Nice staff. They always explain everything. Possibility of parking in the neighborhood through the hotel. The possibility of purchasing parasols and sunbeds on the beach through the hotel. Great breakfast. I definitely recommend.

Wow, everything is about the people (staff), they were all, without exception, great. The gentleman and lady (I'm so very sorry we did not ask for their names!) running the hotel are just so good at making you feel welcome and relaxed. I'd not mentioned in the booking that my wife is Gluten Intolerent, but did so at check in where they noted this on their system. The breakfast is fantastic, with a great selection of juices, coffees, teas, salads, meats, cheeses, fruit, pastries, etc.! My wife was brought a tray of gluten free pastries and bread with jams. As well as this there were all the aforementioned meats, cheeses, fruit etc., and she was delighted with everything. The whole breakfast area was kept spotlessly clean. The location, for us, was great being close to the beach (fabulous!) and the bus stop to get to Venice. It is also close to various tour boats that you can get to tour the lagoon or go to Burano/Murano, etc. Our room was small. However, it was bright, clean and had a great bathroom and shower. Other than sleeping (comfy bed and pillows) we did not spend any time in it so really this had no impact on our enjoyment. They have a smallish outside bar area that we used on a couple of occasions at the end of the day, it was just nice to sit with a drink and reflect on the day. We both said that we would like to come back to Chioggia - and this hotel. Thank you again for the lovely helpful staff.

Everything was perfect. Hotel staff was very friendly and nice ( girls on the reception, on breakfast ...everybody ) Rooms were clean and there was everything you need:). We had a room with big balcony and sea view and there is nothing we can complain about. :) Breakfast was delicious, especially cakes - these were really amazing! The biggest thank you goes to the Mr. owner, who helped us a lot when our son got a fever and we had to find a doctor. Never forget this. 100% recommended. We would love to come again. :)

Everyone working at this is hotel was happy and helpful towards us. Update… the restaurant no longer operating. Breakfast offers an amazing spread, you’re spoilt fo choice
