The breakfast, was adequate (eggs were cold, coffee was not strong, nor bitter) the shower only gave me scalding hot water.

Charming hotel. My kids got a kick out of the decore (I showed them pictures). The location was FANTASTIC! And the value was great.

The bathroom was looking very tired with areas of black mould in some of the grout lines in the shower. The shower door didn't close properly.

The breakfast room was fantastic with lots of choice and well laid out. The lift was quaint. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable. However, was only fitted with a single top sheet, so got a little cool in the night. Blankets were available in the wardrobe, but I would have preferred a properly made-up bed. The location is good for Roma Termini, which is about 15mins walk away

Broken safety box with unlogic instructions to set password. We recommend to invest in new model, customers will welcome🙂 TV was also difficuilt to operate, instruction was missing, but we went to Rome not watching tv 😉🤘Rome was great 👍🙋‍♂️

Nice hotel room, the great and what we really appreciated was a big bath for two and pleasant staff. Welcome drinks were also nice. Hotel has perfect close location to the centre of Roma for walks, approx 10 -15 mins 👍

The sign in the entrance was confusing. It said something like staff only and we first walked around the side of the building looking for another entrance. All we had to do was walk into the entrance a little farther to see the guest entrance off to the side.

The receptionist were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great. The room was large for the price and very comfortable.

The room we actually stayed in would benefit greatly if it was refurbished.The curtains are heavy and became detached from the curtain hooks. The fabric type wallpaper is showing signs of wear and tear with minor staining obvious.

The airconditioning was not working making the room unbearably hot and therefore I could not sleep properly. The wall covering was stained and coming off the wall. There was a rip in the material on the side of the bed. The fridge was old and so was the toilet, which was loud and totook a while to flush.

The room was spacious. The hotel was in a good location convenient for transport and sightseeing as well as supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Antonio (apologies if I did not write the name correctly). Breakfast was good.

Breakfast did lamentably not meet our expectations: no fresh bread, very limited selection of fresh fruit and vegetables, poor quality juice

The location close to Termini station was very good for us for we continued our journey in the morning. Room was clean and temperature ok. No bothering noises. Staff was friendly.

The shower cubicle is quite small, so is a challenge for a bigger person. The decor is somewhat old fashioned.

Very comfortable bed, very clean, great location, friendly staff. Breakfast was ample. The old fashioned lift was nice!
