Amazing location in the Puglia countryside but only few minutes drive from the seaside. The owners were really nice and the breakfast was amazing with freshly harvested fruit and homemade food. The room had a traditional rural look and was very cozy, with a modern bathroom. Absolutely recommended.

I booked this place randomly as the reviews looked good. Lovely surroundings, very welcoming family that really know how to look after their guests. One of the best and most memorable stays. Make sure you stay for dinner .. both nights were a wonderful experience with simple Puglian ingredients all sourced from the land with knowledge and care. I was travelling solo but enjoyed chatting to other guests and the hosts. Two great nights of dining with the whole family taking part. Loved everything about it . Thank you

Our stay has been perfection, from A to Z. The place is very quiet, beautiful. We enjoyed our time there, and would love to come back again. Breakfast was delicious, with home made products, local fruits. The dinner is a great experience, we highly recommand it (as much as the home made honey). We're gonna miss the bees. At the last minute we decided to go on holiday with children. At first glance, I liked this little holiday home, so we reserved it for a week. A beautiful, quiet, cozy place with a beautiful, large garden with seating. The room is spacious, sufficiently equipped with everything one needs. Breakfast prepared every morning from local ingredients directly from home, fresh fruit, pastries, homemade jams, honey. We also had opportunity to order dinner for 3 times. The first time grilled meat, grilled vegetables and homemade wine. The second evening we had the opportunity to taste the Frutti di Mare, my husband was completely satisfied. He tasted it for the first time and he was not disappointed. And on the penultimate evening, we ordered Steak of Puglia, so for me, as I am a big meat lover, it was an absolute bomb. Every dinner ends with a delicious desserts, for example, such as Bocconotto. And the most important thing at the end, the fact that we liked it so much was mainly thanks to the whole family who took care of us. Parents and their three boys (Mauro, Rosalin, Massimiliano, Francesco e Mauricio) and their two dogs Axel a Mia:-) The best friends of our girls:-). Really nice people, they looked after us like their own. Neither we and our girls wanted to leave at all. We will definitely come back, and if possible we would like to take our family, our parents. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Antica Masseria for five days, and I must say it was an unforgettable experience. The accommodation was comfortable, cozy and had the rustic charm of old times. The family was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home. But the highlight of my stay was the food. Every breakfast and lunch I had there was a feast for the senses, with fresh ingredients and traditional Italian recipes that were simply delicious. From the fresh fruits and vegetables, homemade jams and pasta to the grilled meats, every dish was a delight. The masseria itself was beautiful, with a wonderful and colored garden, nice views of the surrounding countryside and a peaceful atmosphere that was perfect for relaxing. Overall, my stay at this masseria was truly wonderful, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic Italian experience with great food and accommodation.

The family was absolutely welcoming and super kind and helpful. Breakfast was amazing, everyday it was something else and a lot of fruits. We want to go back for sure!! Also, you should try their dinner option and olive oil. We had a great night with tons of food and amazing wine.

Wifi not strong if you deem it necessary and there is no room service...it needs to be paid for separately per day...which I didn't expect.

Good location in the most peaceful spot imaginable. Lovely greeting from hosts making you feel at home. Nice breakfast with homemade treats. I also liked that this was a very sustainable option.

The main issue we encountered was that the property doesn’t have AC, they have an “underfloor system that keeps the house cool at 22-25 degrees” (not sure what that is given we haven’t felt anything “in action” under the floor during our stay), however they say they have AC here on Booking. We visited in August and we felt pretty hot during the afternoon and the night.. we were a bit disappointed that this wasn’t clarified in the booking, and the fact that Booking doesn’t give an option to select “under floor cooling system” is not really an excuse to select AC and not clarify this to guests prior to their arrival. A few other minor builds.. we recommend to find alternative to plastic at breakfast time, for example no need to use plastic spoons or glasses for some of the servings or for water. It’s a pity to see this in a masseria. We arrived around 10.30 am, to see the property (our room was being cleaned, and was kindly given to us a few hours later once ready ahead of the 5 pm check in). We were clearly pretty tired and asked for a coffee, breakfast finished at 10 and nonetheless the owners said it was too late, and didn’t even offer a glass of water nor anything. Very small build here, but it’s these small things that make the first impressions :) Finally, the 5 pm check in is a bit late in my opinion especially with a 10 am check out. I appreciate this is due to deep cleaning, but other priorities allow earlier check ins. It didn’t affect us, as the owners kindly gave us the room earlier, but if that hadn’t been possible, it feels like a bit of an issue - and one guests should be aware of. If possible I’d recommend reconsidering the check in time.
