Nice and fully equipped appartment with everything you need. The apartment is situated close to a shopping center with a supermarket and is just 5 minutes to the lake. One thing I have to highlight are both receptionists. Both ladies are very nice and communicative and happy to help you with your questions or problems. I would definitely stay at this apartment again.

The location is just perfect, super close to everything - the lake, supermarket, restaurants, old town and the best ice cream (Flora) is right in front of the apartment. The host was wonderful and very helpful, made us feel like at home and made our stay realy pleasant.

Perfect accommodation on the main street. Great cleanliness, exceptional equipment, peace, comfort. Great communication with the reception, very warm welcome, willingness, helpfulness, communication. Private parking in the underground of the hotel is included in the price. We were completely satisfied, the accommodation exceeded our expectations. We can only recommend.

Could not fault it.

This was our second stay here as we loved it so much last year. Perfect location- 5 minute walk to the beach, 15 min walk into the centre of town and supermarket just around the corner. Restaurants below and ice cream parlour opposite! The apartment itself was super clean, modern and had everything we needed. We loved sitting on the balcony in the evening surrounded by the mountains. The staff were incredibly friendly, really warm and welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. We absolutely loved our stay here and would highly recommend it.

Alessia was such a great host, a lot of information was passed to us before our arrival so we can easily find parking/set up internet connection. She helped us organize boat tour on the lake as well which was great. Apartment was super clean and that was really important for us since our 2 year old son was with us. Beach is couple of minutes walking away. There are couple of good restaurants around the place and shopping mall for anything more you need.

The staff were really friendly and helpful which made our stay fantastic. The location is great with loads of bars and restaurants right outside (which didn’t make it noisy) and the best gelateria we’ve ever been to right over the road! The centre of Riva is about a 15 minute walk which you can do along the lake and there are beaches around a 5 minute walk away. The apartment itself was lovely - clean, spacious, comfortable and very modern. The kitchen means you don’t have to go out to eat every night if you fancy a quiet night. There’s an amazing roof terrace with sun beds, tables and some amazing views of the mountains, we also had a balcony with a fantastic view. If you have a car you also get an allocated parking space in their basement car park.

I recently had the pleasure of staying in the apartment and I must say it was an amazing experience! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the level of comfort and luxury that the apartment provided. Firstly, the apartment was extremely clean and well-maintained. The furnishings were modern and stylish, and the decor was tastefully done, creating a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything I needed to cook my own meals, and the bathroom was spotless with plenty of fresh towels. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep, and the living area was spacious and comfortable with plenty of natural light. I particularly enjoyed having access to a balcony with stunning views of the mountains. The location of the apartment was also fantastic, with easy access to shops, and restaurants. I appreciated the fact that the apartment was in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, allowing me to unwind and relax after a day of exploring Riva del Garda. Furthermore, the customer service was exceptional. The staff were friendly, responsive, and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and convenient place to stay. I will definitely be returning in the future!

lovely welcoming staff, the apartment was really clean and in a great location. It was next to a supermarket and had everything you needed to cook. Bars and restaurants just outside and a 15 minute walk into town (beautiful walk by the lakes). 5 minute walk to the beach and places where you could rent a bike to explore. Couldn’t fault it.

If you do not arrive by 20:00, when the reception is open, there is a charge for waiting. We paid 20 euros. We were late due to the crowds at the borders and there was a collision that further slowed down our arrival. In response to our reservation, we were notified that a later arrival will be charged. So we were familiar with that. But that didn't spoil our enjoyment. This is just information for someone who wants to book in advance.

Breakfast is not served at this property. The location is great, everything is close, promenade, shopping center, restaurants. We were three nights. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped, the rooms are large. Everything is clean and maintained. We thought that the facility was new, but we received information that the owner regularly maintains it.

Fire alarm went off twice in the middle of the night making us too tired to do anything the next day.

Great location, walking distance to everything. Clean and quiet and very friendly staff. Rooftop terrace was great for having dinner and very few people were using it. Apartments are well equipped for cooking your own meals. Bike room was easy to access and secure and underground parking was great.

Perfect location, near shops and restaurants. Lake is only a few minutes by walk, and the old part of Riva is 5 minutes away. It's a good starting point for hiking. Apartments are modern and very clean. Every apartment have parking spot in garage. And Roberta and her assistant are super nice, helpful and they are very good hosts. We'll definitely come back.
