Nothing to be disliked!

Great apartment near the centre with the artistic look and feel and the most caring host, who greeted me in the very evening with home made meatballs :) Would definitely recommend to anybody searching for the real Italian hospitality experience.

In winter in can get cold, so be sure to bring thicker pijama.

Good location, on a tram line, Duomo is reachable in 15-20 min walking. The host was so kind and generous, he gave us very good recommendations. The apartment is comfortable, has everything one might need for a weekend.

Giancarmine's flat is located in a very nice and quiet neighbourhood but at the same time it is close to the centre of Milan with all its attractions: the Duomo is a 15-minute and La Scala a 20-minute walk away. For music lovers there is also the conservatory, just a 10-minute walk away. There is a direct tramway going to the central railway station and the location of the apartment is very convenient for those flying from Linate because you can get there by public transport in half an hour. Another very practical thing is the supermarket downstairs which is open until 9pm. The flat has a separate entrance and inside it looks exactly as in pictures: cosy and furnished and decorated with taste, style and an artistic touch. You get the feeling of staying in an authentic Milanese house and not an anonymous flat with furniture from the well-known Swedish brand. The flat is very clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Giancarmine is extremely kind, always helpful and available and, as one would say today, proactive in meeting guests' needs.

Guancarmine is probably the kindest host ever. We really like traveling, and I don't think we ever met anyone like him. He was kind, helpful and gave us amazing recommendations. The apartmant and its location were great as well.

Literally everything was perfect.

The apartment is just like in pictures. Very well located in a calm area, walking distance from Duomo. The bed was very comfortable bed and all utilities worked perfectly. Giancarmine is an amazing host. Overall, a great experience. I would strongly recommend to rent this apartment.

Nothing to say. Everything was OK.

The location was perfect. 20 min on foot till the old center and Milano Duomo, 10 min with the tram. The tram stop was 3 min from accommodation. All main attractions were reachable with the trams nearby the appartment. Breakfast was not available. The small shop was 1 min away from the apartment. Several cafes are available across the street for breakfast.

GianCarmine is a very welcoming host. The apartments are cosy and clean and close to the centre. The host told me about the sights and advised me what to see.

Absolutely worst place I have ever stayed with Booking. Bathroom was so dirty and anti-sanitary, with hair on the floor, that we were not able to take the shower. Mold in the shower, ceilings, floor as in the photos attached. Kitchen very dirty - all utensils greasy, fridge uncleaned after previous guests. I’m really suprised about previous reviews and sorry that this experience ruined my trip to Milan. The owner was never present during the stay, we received the keys from the person who was not managing the property directly. The apartment was ice cold and it took few hours to heat it (the heater is only in the bedroom). We had to stay inside with our winter jackets. Useless to say that we did not spend much time inside this property. Very unpleasantly surprised that after sharing the experience with the owner, he is uninterested in the complaint blaming that we want to avoid paying! Wow.
