Loked everything.

Locatin was great. Short walk to the Leaning Tower. Room was excellent. Large and spacious with a small balcony overlooking a small plaza. The host was very helpful. Breakfast was a feast -- many different pastries, fruit, eggs, juice. One of the best breakfast spreads I've ever had.

Thank you very much to the entire staff. Our one day stay was exceptionally pleasant. The room was spacious and nicely decorated. The bathroom, which was nicely designed, had all necessary amenities and toiletries. The breakfast was also well-served and with a good variety of food.

I missed some vegetables during the breakfast but thus is something personal. Breakfast was reach and there were plenty tasty things.

Very good b&b. the room for 4 persons was big enough for our family. Nice decorated, convenient and clean. It has a nice terrace on the top with the view to the botanic garden. The room was clean. And the owner was very friendly and attentive! As the lady's who served the breakfast in the morning. Very good location in the neighbourhood of the tower of Pisa.

Everything was fantastic. Contact with the host was very good & informative. Property was easy to access, quiet area but still close to the leaning tower. Bed was comfy and room and bathroom very clean. Non-cooked breakfast was just right. Host very pleasant. Highly recommended.

An absolutely perfect location to explore the Tuscan area. The accommodation itself was only around 500 metres from The Leaning Tower. And only about 15 minutes walk from the train station. Very helpful staff with a very good choice at breakfast to set your day off.

The lighting in the room could have been a bit better.

The rooms were very spacious and clean. Staff were extremely helpful and also lovely, with brilliant customer service. Our room had the addition of a balcony which was so nice. Location is excellent: right in the centre! Breakfast was nothing special but still had plenty of choice. Overall, would definitely recommend!

There wasn't anything we disliked. If we were staying for more than one night we would have taken a travel kettle so we could have hot drinks in the room.

Absolutely beautiful room (no.7) with lots of nice finishing touches/ artwork. Great sized room with comfy bed. Fridge in room. Modern bathroom and so nice to have plenty of room around the sink for toiletries. Plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Nice to have radiators/ heating as weather was little bit cold/ wet. Pleasant, long balcony and view of gardens. Breakfast continental and good selection. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Also fabulous to have an 11am check-in as we were able to make the most of our 24 hours in Pisa.

There is nothing I did not like. No need to fill this out. All the facilities were great.

First of all the communication between us and Luca the host was amazing. When we arrived, the welcome was fantastic, with a smooth check in process as well as very informative. The room size was nice and spacious and very clean. The location is perfect with just 20 mins walk from Pisa Centrale train station and only 200 meters from the tower and cathedral.
