Lovely big room. Nice bathroom with big shower. We had a balcony. Fridge with water. Mosquito net for the bed. Terrace used for the breakfast has a great view including the Tower. Nice selection for breakfast. Receptionist very friendly. Motorbike parking just round the corner. Great location. Everything you could want for a stay in Pisa

Everything was perfect.

What beautiful and spacious accommodation. Beautifully decorated.large room for a family. We had a balcony with a view of the tower. Breakfast was lovely and we were treated exceptionally good by all the staff.

Very friendly and helpful staff, comfortable room with a beautiful terrace which has a view of the tower. The breakfast on the rooftop was set in a remarkable surrounds, with views of the tower and into the botanical gardens.

Great location near in the heart of the city. Possibility of parking in the restricted area with the purchase of a permit. Walkable to the tower or the old city center. Very clean and spacious bedroom and bathroom. Staff was very welcoming, useful and very approachable. The breakfast on the terrace was an awesome experience with a great view on the tower and the cathedral.

Quite difficult to find if driving although Luca on hand to provide directions and his colleague stayed to see us in past 9.00pm (thank you). ZTL traffic zones are confusing to tourists - worth looking up before you arrive.

very friendly and helpful staff. Room is basic but with all that is needed (aircon, fridge) beds comfy. we had family room for 4 with a double and two singles which was very spacious and with charming balcony. Very good value for money. Breakfast more than adequate and also on balcony. Location in centre of Pisa is excellent.

Excellent location, near the tower of Pisa and restaurants to enjoy the evening. The room was larger than expected (2 single bed + 1 x double bed), clean and well maintained. Good and friendly reception service and nice rooftop terrace for breakfast

Breakfast options a bit limited.

Only spent one night in Pisa but this B&B provided just what we needed. A pitstop in a great location only a few minutes walk to the tower etc. The room was large and the bathroom modern with toiletries provided. It was great to have the option to eat breakfast on a roof terrace and we received a great recommendation for a local restaurant too for our evening meal (i santi) on the same street and the staff were happy to hold our luggage on the day of our check out until we departed Pisa in the afternoon.

The hosts were welcoming, friendly and helpful. the location is perfect for the tower, shops and restaurants. It is also walkable to the train station and a short taxi ride from the airport. The room was big, spacious and comfortable as was the bathroom, and so clean!!! breakfast on the terrace was one of our highlights, the host couldn’t do enough to make sure we had all we needed.
