Great location responsive host

Wi-fi barely worked in some of the rooms. Doors and walls are a little bit poorly soundproofed, we were in all 3 rooms as a group so it wasn't a problem, but if we weren't we would need to depend on others to behave quietly all the time.

Gigi is the heart and soul of this place, there is no way that he lets you leave disappointed, we felt taken care of as we were his own family <3 It's located in a very small Italian village with great views from every window, close to lovely Sesta Godano. Delicious Italian breakfasts, with fresh crouisants and cakes baked by Gigi.

There was a bit of sand on the floor in the room, probably from a previous guest, but I guess it was an accident as otherwise the place looks really clean

Not a negative about the property itself, but please be careful using G***le Maps for the directions - we were initially led to the wrong place before finding it after a bit of a search.

The welcome from the host (Gigi) was fantastic. He had been baking and we were happy to be offered a brilliant selection of cakes and bakes. The location was very quiet, rural and safe but only a short drive from the local town. This is not a touristy place but very genuine and authentic and exactly what we were looking for on a relaxing holiday

Gigi the owner was a fantastic and very kind and fun host, we love him. He welcomed us with a bottle of sparkling wine, guided us to all nice places in the area. Breakfast was perfect, we enjoyed Gigi’s company. my kids love Gigi and the place, and they keep on remembering his hospitality and kindness. the location is peaceful surrounded with beautiful nature and close drive to attractions.. rooms were very clean…we were sad to leave, we would definitely come back again…

Everything was amazing! Really beautiful house and garden, tasty homemade breakfast and lovely room! We came with a dog, the owner Gigi was really friendly to him and played while we were eating the breakfast, doggy sitter :)

Nothing not to like really. Restaurants are in the nearest town 4km away, but anyone staying here would come by own transport so that should not be an issue.

Everything is great here, the crown jewel being Gigi (the owner) who makes you feel at home the moment you arrive and is always there if you need him. I have been in many places, but if something deserves a 10 it is this place. Bedroom was super cozy, bathroom nice and spacious, everything super clean, breakfast is amazing if you enjoy life and don't mind trying some of Gigi's numerous cakes. In the evening it is super quiet and peaceful, simply have to love this place. 30 min drive to Cinque Terre (park in Levanto). Grazie mille Gigi for your hospitality!

A little piece of Paradise tucked in the hills not too far from 5lands x the room is beautifully simple, clean and spacious but what makes this place stand out from the rest is Gigi your host! Who provides a delicious breakfast (with lots of homemade cake and pastries!) he has a wealth of knowledge and is a wonderful character to entertain! We will definitely come back if we can x thank you

Located in a secluded, beautiful village, Gigi’s B&B is probably the best place we’ve stayed in Tuscany. Gigi (the host) is super nice and knowledgeable, and serves the best breakfasts (he bakes some of the cakes himself). Rooms are large, renovated and comfortable and the common area is perfect to chill at night. Plus, there’s a beautiful stream just 5 minutes away.

If you are ok to drive into the mountains by a good road, then this is the best place to stay near cinque Terre. Calm, quiet and cool! Gigi is a wonderful host and makes the best ever breakfast. Good option to have a pizza in the evening nearby.

Gigi is a wonderfull host. Funny and kind. He helped us with our ‘tour’ in Cinque terre and gave us a good suggestion to eat at night. The breakfast was good. We liked to stay here
