Wonderful location, a 5-minute walk to the beach. The space is clean, well-maintained, and beautifully designed. Very true to the photos on the site. The management and staff were kind, and welcoming, and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Including having chilled water in the room upon our arrival on an exceptionally hot day. Breakfast was delicious we were sorry we couldn't stay longer. We highly recommend anyone to stay here, you will not be disappointed.

Rooms were beautifully and tastefully designed/decorated. Everything was super clean. The breakfast was AMAZING. Eggs on toast, yogurt and cereal, cold cuts on bread drizzled with local honey, and fresh fruits! Wow, really impressive.

There was no wifi signal in our room. A large AC external unit (common for multiple rooms, including ours) was placed on the terrace. When the AC in another room was turned on, it was very noisy & ruined the great advantage of sleeping with windows open.

The property is central, close to a supermarket and main sights (beach, restaurants) of Santa Maria Navarrese. We stayed in the Deluxe Double Room with Balcony and Sea View. It’s newly refurbished, clean, there’s room service every day & they often change the towels. The bed is comfortable. The views are nice from the terrace and we slept great with the windows open, getting a nice breeze from the sea. The breakfast is a nice plus, the servers are very nice and helpful. We always appreciated the different breakfasts they made for us.

The room was brand new and the decor, etc so well designed! Also the bathroom, beautiful with shower area and also with a freestanding bath! Excellent. The owner Elisa and the staff were so kind and we felt very welcome! The breakfast homemade and delish. We totally recommend this place to stay!

The only downside I can think of is the fact that we could not stay there for longer!

We could not but fall in love with the aesthetics of the decor, the caring attitude enthusiastically shown by the owners and their team, the beautiful veranda and the sea views, the evident family-business vibes, and the history behind it! Every little detail is thorougly looked after - be prepared for this place to make a mark in your holiday memories. And last but not least - the homemade breakfast is unforgettable.

The wi-fi did not work in our room. But we could survive without it🙂

The room was large (bathroom too), very nice furnitured with nice balcony, comfortable bed and the pillows. It seems everything is new. Extremely clean. No problem with the parking. Its free on the streets. Delicious breakfast at the nearby B&B (2 min walk). 5 min walk to the beach (umbrella +2 sunbeds cost 18 euro), 50 metres to the supermarket, nice restaurants nearby.....

The host is unprofessional and extremely difficult to communicate with - not just because of language but also because of their attitude. Due to limited and poor communication regarding check-in procedures from the host, we did not get the room we had booked (deluxe room w. full ocean view and balcony). We got a significantly less comfortable room (standard room). The host confirmed that this was a mistake made by them, however, as another guest had already checked in to the room we were supposed to have, they asked us to stay in the standard room for 1 night. Obviously, this was not very satisfying for us as paying guests at the B&B to have to spend more than 50% of our stay in a significantly less comfortable room - especially given the fact we had that we had made the booking 1.5 months in advance and paid the full amount for the stay. Therefore, we asked to get a refund of the cost of 1 night. The host reacted very unprofessionally to this request. Suddenly the host aggressively argued that it was our mistake that we did not get the room we had booked, and that if we were not satisfied with their solution we should leave (we have this phone conversation recorded, as it was shocking!). We explained to the host that as we had already paid the full amount of our stay, we, of course, would like to get the accommodation (and service!) we had paid for (and can expect as paying guests). Furthermore, we questioned why all of a sudden it was our mistake that we did not get the room we had booked as they had previously taken full responsibility of the mistake. Finally, the host (after they were calmed down) agreed to reimburse us the cost of 1 night. However, throughout our 2 night stay the host communicated passively aggressively with us in writing only. At breakfast they did not communicate to us at all, and at no point did we receive a face to face apology for the mistake around the rooms and their behavior - not even at breakfast where the host was present.

The only thing really wrong were the walls of the room. Super thin, Every Time somebody from the other rooms speaks you can basically hear what they were saying. So if you get polite neighbors it is ok , viceversa it will be a mess. We were not lucky.... Also opening the tap will make a huge noise in your room. I woke up a couple of times in the middle of the night for this noise. Parking car could also be a problem, but not critical.

Everything in the room was perfect. Great attention to the details and the staff was super. Always super clean and the air conditioner was superb. It was great also to spend some time in the terrace
