Paolo is a super friendly and helpful host and tries to make the best out of your stay. His rooms are all furnished with love and have a wonderful view over the lake. There is also the option of a private parking lot in a car park. We have been there several times and are going to stay there again if we are in this area.

Car parking was a 10min walk from the stay. But parking was still free for the stay.

short walk to a mini piazza of Verbano, the hotel was highly styled and comfortable, staff, especially Ivan was incredible!

Paolo has been a very nice host, we had very interesting talks. The room had a beautiful view to the lake with a little balcony, to have an afternoon tea. The breakfast was excellent. Parking of the car has to be on a parking slot down the street for 10€ per day or you use one of the charge-free parking areas if available.

We've stayed at Foster's nest and had the most amazing time there! The apartment is comfortable, clean, its furniture is really nice and it offers everything one could wish for (including a fantastic view of the lake) and more. Additionally, the lake is just some minutes away. Paolo is a wonderful host and can provide useful tips for excursions, food, etc. in fluent English. The perfect place to relax at the beach, enjoy great food or do some hikes in the mountains close by. We are definitely planning on coming back!

Not a bad thing, just good to know that parking is 200 meters away near the lake.

Super nice Villa and amazing host Paolo! The building has been renewed with lots of love and knowledge, its very authentic yet modern (e.g. great windows, WIFI, bathroom...). Priceless view over the lake. Thank you Paolo for the very helpful facts around Lago Maggiore!

Nothing I can think of.

Very nice and accommodating host who prepared a personalised breakfast, with 4,5 minute boiled egg 🤗. The house is like a small museum and very we maintained. Every object has a dicumented history. At the same time there is modern comfort. I highly recommend!

We had more time to stay longer!

Paolo was a warm and welcoming host for our last minute post hiking booking. The property is beautiful- no detail unconsidered. As an architect who restores historic properties, it was clear that this was a labor of love. The art was amazing - complete with descriptions in English explaining the piece and it’s history. Breakfast was huge and delicious. Really, the entire experience was an unexpected treat!

The holiday destination is located in a lovely village. From the house you have a great view above the village and the lake. We felt very well and the breakfast tastes delicious at Paolo‘s place.
