Everything was perfect, accommodation, location, pool area. If u are looking for a peaceful vacation in Toscana style this is the best place for you. Peace and quiet. Real heaven on the earth. The only sound is cricket song and splash of water in the pool.

we really loved this property. Minor things can be improved but it depends if these are important to you or not. For example wi-fi and internet were not excellent (maybe because of thick walls; our room was in the building next to the main one), but we didn't mind. Breakfast could be a bit more diverse; more meat/salami options, maybe jams from local farms..

Property is really beautiful and feels intimate and very relaxing. The view of S.Gimingano is spectacular; enjoying it while having breakfast/aperitive is really special. Breakfast: hardboiled eggs, ham and cheese, jam, fresh fruit, cereal, yoghurt, and amazing pastries; cakes, croissants, cookies... Coffee is also very good. Our room and the whole property was very clean and tidy. No TV in the room (we loved that). Lovely garden area. The staff was very attentive and kind. Surroundings very quiet and calm, spatious parking (in a tree shade), very near S.Gimingano (5 min by car), and a good base to explore the beautiful Tuscany.

Such a beautiful clean B&B in a wonderful location just outside of San Gimignano! Our host, Nadia, couldn’t have been more helpful. There were nice spaces to sit and enjoy the views over the surrounding countryside…stunning!

This is a really lovely, peaceful place to stay - with a beautiful view to San Gimignano from the terrace/bar area, where breakfast and light food is also served. A special mention should go to the staff, who are very gracious and helpful and make the whole experience so relaxing. Would definitely go back.

The place is idyllic, with an amazing view on the hill of san giminiano! The place is quite and secluded. The owners and personelle are friendly ! We only stayed a night but I would have wished to stay longer and enjoy the peacefulness! A place to go

This place is a really classy bed & Breakfast. We stayed for 14 nights so the facility was properly tested. The girls work really hard and everything is well maintained and spotlessly clean. Never seen a cleaner swimming pool. They have a 'light touch' management style so it was very relaxing and stress free.

Only thing that was less than 100% was the wifi in our room, which was poor. Not a problem to us particularly but if you need good wifi connectivity (planning on doing some work for example) you might want to request a room in the main house where it's fine.

I have to start with the wonderfully warm welcome and continuing friendly service. Nothing too much trouble. We also loved the location, the pool, the room and esp breakfast on the terrace with its stunning view of SG.

Hotel staff were super accommodating, kind and helpful. It is obvious they care deeply about the hotel and it shows in every aspect. An absolute perfect place to relax and enjoy. We will definitely stay again!

We stayed 2 nights, there was no heat in the 1st night and it was very cold. In one of the rooms there were flying bugs that smell (i killed 5) and lot of ants and flies, which made our stay really unconfortable (maybe some insects nests would help) Also we were expecting for a richer breakfast. It was a bit poor, no veggies, nothing traditional.

Great location of the agriturismo, 5 km distance from San Gimignano, very nice terrace with a view to San Gimignano and wineyard hills. Beautiful garden and architecture fits perfectly in the landscape of Toscana.

Outstanding villa! Much more than we expected! The house are near vineyards and places where you can visit wine tasting. Perfect location for walking, running or cycling. It is just 4-5km for San Gimignano old town.

Small bathrooms.

Very nice and welcoming place. A very nice swimmingpool with good facilities. Our room alao had a good view on San Gimignano. The personnel was also vert kind.
