Double bed and single bed in bedrooms were fine, but the sofabed in living room was creaky and not very comfortable.

Great location in central quarter. Very clean. Well equipped. Communicative landlord, gave us nice tips for exploring the city.

Nothing really. Only slight improvement could have been the comfort of pillows and mattress. But we do like our own bed and pillows. We would happily stay there again.

Only a 4 minutes walk from grand canal stop for Vaperetto water bus and Alilanguna airport transfer. Perfect location to walk just about anywhere in all directions.. canal view Room was spacious and comfortable, breakfast was good.

Heating system is working very well. We were curious about humidity and cold before we arrive. But there is no problem. Breakfast has lots of opportuniy and ver satisfied. Location is good to reach attractive areas as well as quite for sleep. Everything planned by Andrea very well and thanks to him for this good hospitality.

Very nice hotel. Big room with kettle, coffee and tea, bathroom equipped with everything you need. The room was warm (we traveled in January). Fantastic breakfast, everything was fresh and good quality. Whole place was very clean and Andrea was friendly and helpful. Perfect location to stay in Venice.

Very convenient location, 10 minutes walk to St Marco square. Less then 5 minutes to the St. Angelo boat stop. Good restaurants, markets for food, other shops all within blocks.

The man who welcomed us was extremely kind, he explained to us well how to go everywhere, he gave us a map and helped us with the routes, he allowed us to leave our luggage while we walked around the city, they were very kind to us, the location is very good and everything It was very clean, 100% recommended

The only couple of things I would say is that the room was a bit dark during the day and I wish they had a communal bathroom outside the room for before/after one checks in or out. Otherwise perfect!

Host, location, comfort, breakfast - everything was fantastic. Walkable to everything. Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean. If we come back to Venice we will definitely stay here again.

The reception area feels just a little cluttered.

The location, kindness of the host, Andrea, and cleanliness were perfection. The room was large and comfortable. The breakfast was well thought out though the room where it is served is a touch small. That's no criticism of the host or the property, it's the reality of the space.

Our stay was wonderful. Andrea our host was extremely helpful and friendly. The apartment was perfect for family of five. The shower drainage worked perfectly and pressure was great, unlike other cities we visited. This was a great stay! Close to piazza san marco!

As every Venice property, the quarters were really close and tight and if you are on the second floor. The room is right next to the breakfast room, which is convenient for that room, but can be a little noisy

Property was very clean, very easy to access and close to many of the main parts of Venice. Also, it is a very very short walk to get on the airport water taxi so we didn’t have to pull our suitcases through town which was a huge plus and made exiting Venice to the airport very easy. Also, the air conditioning was a huge plus. Andrea was fabulous. Make sure you get directions from him on your first full day, how to explore the entire city and get away from the crowds.

We had everything we needed for a short stay. The room was super clean, the breakfast was also very good. The house is close to all the main attractions but still very quite. The host Andrea really makes his effort to make your staying even more interesting and enjoyable. I was staying with my 6-year old son and we both loved it!

Upon arrival, the host Andrea was waiting for us and check-in was very easy. The rooms are extremely clean, including the bathroom, and quite modern. Breakfast is good too, with both savoury and sweet options. Location is central, you can reach the main sights on foot and there’s also a water-bus stop round the corner. We had a late flight after check-out and were able to leave our bags at the property and collect them later on in the day with no problems. Andrea was very helpful and gave us information on how to get there, attractions etc both before our stay and during. The perfect stay in Venice !
