The hosts are extremely welcoming and accommodating, they make you feel like you're staying with family. It starts with a fridge that doesn't only have water, but also beer / wine waiting for you. Each morning a family style sumptuous breakfast that's totally worth the 8 Euros. Then as you're ready to head out for the day, they provide all the information you need to make the best of your stay, what to do, how to get to sights, where to park. To top it off, they go above and beyond in helping you; they let us check in at 9 AM to rest a few hours after our early arrival from the US (and red-eye flight of course), and a week later they took us in after 9 PM when the B&B we reserved closer to Naples turned out to be a disaster, and charged us the same room rate as before although only the larger room was available. The house is in a secure enclosure with gate, you park inside, so no worries about theft (which can be rampant in parts of Naples).

The hospitality was on an extra high level! The host was always ready to help us with any information that we needed. The parking was quite big to keep in safe our rented car. The breakfast was very delicious and gave us sufficient energy for sightseeing! Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed staying at B&B Giardino di Villa Anna. The experience was like staying at a friend's house. The owner was very kind, friendly and all the time helping us with recommendations related to Pompeii,Naples,Vesuvius and Sorrento Coast. The breakfast was very good. The room was wonderful,comfortable with a Magnificent panoramic view and every inch of the place is absolutely spotless! Very nice bathroom totally new. Top location (just few minutes by car for Pompeii ruins)and 10 minutes on foot for Vesuvius.Comfortable and safe openable parking with automatic gate and video surveillance.In front of Fuel station,Supermarket and a good Restaurant! Top!

We would recommend the garden be maintained a little better, but this is a minor issue really, and may well be more to do with us visiting later in the season. I'd also advise that the B&B is a true Italian experience, which may not suit all tastes.

The host Ciro and his wife were a delight. Their recommendations and attention to detail in offering tourist information saved us time and money when visiting the local destinations. For example, they recommended us a great safe local car park for Pompei which was 20% of the price of others in the area, and away from the hustle and bustle. The breakfast was also plentiful and fresh, and slightly different each day to offer enough interest, our kids loved it! The room was extremely clean. Not luxurious, but a high standard nonetheless, and staying felt like being part of the household, which was nice.

Ciro was very nice and the room / B&B exceeded our expectations. The B&B was clean and was updated throughout. The price / value was fantastic. Ciro provided great tips on things to do in the area, left us a bottle of wine to enjoy, and gave us tasty croissants for the road the next morning. The location is close distance to Pompeii and Naples and perfect to explore the surrounding areas. Highly recommend!

Excellent place, clean, very nice, quiet, elegant. Our room is immaculately clean, the bathroom new and the view from the balcony is amazing. The owner was super kind, attentive and helpful! Our flight was delayed and they waited even beyond the check-in time. The b&b is very close to Vesuvius (10 minutes walk) and Pompeii ruins. I love this place!! I will definitely stay here again if I come Pompeii again.

I can not find anything!

Perfect location for trips to Napoli, Vezuvio, Pompei, Amalfi coast by car. Apartment is big, comfortable, beautiful viselni from balcony, breakast majestic. I have never met as fantastic hosts as Ciro and Paula. Helped in everything, no meter it is in the morning or evening. Thanks to them we could reached beautifull places.

Staying at Ciro and Paola place was beyond our expectations…The room was so clean, big, cozy and has an amazing, panoramic view for the Gulf of Naples. Inside was everything what we need. Ciro was a the most helpful host what we ever met. They was so helpful, for example go with us when to mechanic, when we had problem with our car. The value for money was extraordinary. We never forget that staying and totally recomend, for sure we will come back!

We got very nice free breakfast just as we like it, coffee and croissant. The owner of this place was very friendly and always ready to help us. When we were leaving on our final day he drove us to the nearest train station in his car. It was very clean and cozy like home.

Great stay! The room and the B&B were immaculate, and the balcony was a beautiful addition, with a lovely view on the sea. The bathroom,new, complete with rain shower was excellent and spotless. Breakfast was also great with Juices and fresh typical croissants. Parking for our car. Close to Pompeii ruins and Vesuvius,Amalfitan Coast . Ciro and Paola were wonderful guests always ready to help you with any information. We can’t thank them all enough and we will definitely be visiting again for longer next time!! Ciro, the host, was super nice and helpful, whatever you need he is there for you to help you to make your stay flawless. Excellent B&B, the best we have found in our trip to Italy. everything was excellent from the hosts to the room (wonderful sea view)! The owners was very nice and helpful, he stored our luggage for us so we could go see the ruins before our check-in. Ciro ,the host, know about all visits and attractions, responding quickly to specific requests (restaurant reservations, guides,parkings). What a lovely place to stay. Everything was very nice. Beautiful room that we got with sea view from the balcony.Great shower. Bed was so comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Staff was fantastic and so helpful,extremely friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Ciro was a phenomenal host. He was very attentive and even helped me out with directions for a last minute plan! He also asked what time I would like breakfast which I really appreciated! Very nice place,this B&B is spotlessly clean and modern. It is in a lovely quiet area ,15 minutes on foot to arrive to Vesuvius( this street opened 2 months ago) and 5 minutes by car to ruins of Pompeii, Hercolanum,in front of there is restaurant and near train stations. The bed was very comfy and the bathroom spotless, new,there was a mini fridge in the room and a bottle of wine (Falanghina)..very good..on our arrival.Thanks. There is also outside of the room,a tea machine,and for cold water.We have parking closed for our car.Beautiful garden.Excellent breakfast.Ciro and his wife Paola are lovely! When we left,had a late flight and Ciro was lovely letting us leave our small cases in the B&B until 6pm. This is such a lovely B&B and I would recommend staying here, we couldn’t fault it
