The bathroom was lovely, just a bit far from the room. The room we had faced the main road which was very noisy until midnight. Not a problem if go to bed late.

Nothing actually. It is not a sophisticated place to stay, but it gives you everything you need for having a comfortable stay and is good value for money.

Location in the first place. The room was simple, clean and very comfortable, very close to the railway station and next to a station for the airport bus. I had everything I needed, the room was quiet, the mattress very good, I had a good sleep. I was in transit, returning from Cómo, but I wish stayed more in Bergamo. Maybe next time.

The bathroom was private but outside the room (in our case). It was not a problem for me, but it may be for other people. The price is high for the quality of the hotel, but accommodation in Bergamo in general is quite expensive :(

The bed was comfortable and the location was good to walk around the city. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, we recommend the one just below the hotel, the one in the main street which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, and makes its own cakes.

The room is located on one of the main streets in Bergamo and was pretty loud, but got a bit quieter at night.

The host was very friendly and arrived to the property on time. The location is great with easy access to the city center and the main train station. We didn't get any breakfast, but there are plenty of possibilities all around (bakeries and bars with really delicious food).

It is true that I booked a room with private bathroom but I did not expect the bathroom to be so far away, on the opposite side of the place. It is not very convenient to pass the lobby after taking a shower and other guests are checking in. We did not have a recycle bin in the room, it was an empty plastic bucket but I am not sure if it was not left by mistake there. I was not expecting a daily clean but at least one time for a check in 4 nights stay.

The host was very nice and friendly. The room was ideal for our needs and well situated with a host of restaurants and cafes close at hand. It is also on the airport bus route which makes it so easy to get to. The room itself is spacious and clean and even though it faces out onto a busy road, surprisingly quiet. I would definitely stay here again

The hostess was wonderful, the room was clean and very nicely furnished. There was a coffee machine and prepared coffee, right next to an excellent bakery. We were here only one night on the way to the lakes, the accommodation is a short distance from the station.

I had no issues. My room faced the main street and I was initially concerned about the prospect of noise but it turned out not to be a problem.

This comfortable accommodation is in an apartment building conveniently located in a main street of the city and a short walk from Bergamo's train and bus stations. The proprietor was very friendly and communication with her in English was easy. The bathroom allocated to my room was a short walk from my room but that was not a problem.

The only very minor issues was that although a coffee maker is provided, there was unfortunately no fridge (communal or private) to keep milk for the coffee.

The b&b is convenient to the station, and the funicular to the old town is just a short walk away. My room was large and comfortable, and a coffee maker was provided. There are plenty of good restaurants and cafés nearby.

It was on a busy road and the traffic noise was loud during the evening.

It was a central location for the town and the train station. The owner was very friendly. Plenty of bars, coffee shops and restaurants around.
