Very difficult road to reach/find the location, a lot of going around because of big roadworks & no indications into the ugly concrete city of Argigento & then a sandy road full of wholes before reaching the B&B. With a 4X4 car it s not a problem, with our car it was. I presume and hope for them that, once the roadworks are done, it will be much easier to reach the B&B as it s a beautiful & quite place . Bad wifi connection, so for those who have to do some computer work during their holidays it s a problem...

Very friendly staff who tried to help us as much as they can. A beautiful designed room ensuite with own terrace and very clean. Good basic breakfast outside @ their terrace/garden. An ideal place for 1 night stay-over to visit the nearby Valley of the Temples.

Getting to the property was a bit tricky as a number of the local roads were closed, but the directions from Gerlando were really helpful.

The property and facilities are spectacular and Gerlando couldn’t be more helpful, providing an excellent restaurant recommendation, Sal8, and a super reliable taxi man, Tony.

Wonderful oasis in olive grove just below Agrigento. Grounds, pool area, breakfast patio and room as well as guest rooms beautifully architecturally designed. Host and family gracious and very helpful with directions and suggestions. We had a wonderful stay.

location, while convenient, is on a narrow “country” road. it would be difficult to find property if arriving in the dark.

Although close to the city center and the Valley of the Temples, the immediate environment close to the hotel is really scary, dirty and in really bad condition. You definitely need a car to get there. Impossible by foot. It is extremely difficult to reach the hotel at night, and you really need a good GPS or you hardly make it. The little road to access is in extremely bad condition so you need a good car and drive super slowly. We were so sad to see so many trash and rubbish close to the hotel when arriving... This is really disappointing and can deter some visitors to stay for too long. Maybe this is something that could be easily fixed by the owner and the close neighbourhood.. just an idea for a perfect stay!

The owner was extremely kind and friendly and helped a lot for restaurants and tips for visits. So thanks to him! Staff in charge of breakfast was also really kind and were really welcoming- The room was really comfortable, quiet, with a lovely view on the garden and sea, deco and furniture were modern and with contemporary design. We didn't use the pool but I am sure it must be really pleasant in summer when really hot. We really liked our stay once inside the hotel... however...

The villa is located in a quiet and private area, not in the city center. 10 minutes drive to the city, 15 minutes drive from the main pedestrian street. Gerlando at reception is very helpful. Parking in the villa area. On the top floor, there is a view of the Valley of the Temples The breakfast is OK. Clean and new rooms. A very beautiful garden with lots of trees and a pool just like in the pictures. Highly recommend Villa.

The hotel was quiet and intimate. Beautiful setting and the accommodations were very comfortable. Located outside of the city and close to the Valley of the Temples. Getting to the location is a little tricky, but the owners communicate very well and get you where you need to be. So it was not an issue.

Not a critique of the villa as we knew this prior to arrival but it really helps to have a car to access near by attractions and the old town.

Lovely villa, grounds are immaculate and beautiful. Excellent pool and breakfast. Good communication with directions pre arrival and tips from owner on parking, bar and restaurants in the area. Would definitely recommend

The pictures of the rooms on booking make it seem like rooms are ground level with outside space (and hot tubs). In reality some rooms are on the first floor and some have but some have no balconies- which makes a difference as there is limited space to hang out.

I liked everything. Just one remark: be aware that cheaper rooms (which we have used with great satisfaction) are still comfortable but maybe a little bit "old" and not as outstanding as the renewed ones

Calm, peaceful place to rest during the hottest hours of the day. Family owned with many home made products and a general feeling of being among friends.

Water was cold in the shower. We knew it already but it's not how we like it - toilet was not extra (it was in the middle of the bathroom which had no door)

The owner is really nice. He gives you all the information you need to know about the area. The location was perfect for exploring the area. Breakfast was very good. Room was very modern and clean. Beds were comfy for us.

Hard to find without data on phone

Lovely room and breakfast. Owner was very helpful with guiding us back to the villa. Our phone had no data and therefore no capacity to get directions to drive to the villa. Almost impossible to get there without this.
