The property was perfect! Clean, quiet, comfortable, great location, and incredible hosts! The breakfast is delicious, Tina made me an omelette with eggs from her chickens - delicious. I’d highly recommend staying here.

Best experience on our 7 days trip! The room was beautiful, with little matching decorations. It was impeccably clean as well. Comfortable bed. Sight of a lemon garden. Tina and Franco were so kind. Best breakfast of our trip! Really a highlight!

We loved everything about this B&B, which is exactly as beautiful as in the photos. We booked the triple room (for 2 people), which was very spacious with views in two directions. We were spoiled by Franco every morning with a lovely breakfast that always included home grown fruits and vegetables, homemade treats, pastries, coffee/tea/juices, etc. Franco also made freshly picked eggs for us to accompany the other treats. The bedroom and bathroom were exceptionally clean, the building was convenient to transportation, sitting just between the train station in Piano and the busses along Corso Italia. It was very safe and quiet, and located in a nice town that is convenient to Sorrento, but outside of the crowded tourist scene. I would highly recommend a stay here!

Amazing stay! We booked last minute and it was the best accommodation we had to far. The host was so helpful. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room so clean. I wish we could stay longer. About 10 minutes drive to Sorrento. Cute restaurants and shops near by. Thanks so much !

The hosts, Franco and Tina are wonderful people, very attentive and helpful. The breakfast is cooked on location by them and includes homemade pastries, home grown fresh vegetables, fruits, on top of the usual like granola, yogurt, coffee. The bed was very comfortable, the A/C very quiet and the view was great. We loved our stay at BnB Tina. Thank you Franco.

Only suggestion I’d have and trust me it’s not a complaint as everything was pefect. I think the ringer outside the building should be a little easier to identify which buzzer to hit when you first arrive. There are several and it’s hard to identify which one is Tina’s.

Very easy to find. Near train station. Great breakfast. Incredible hosts. All around amazing. The hosts alone make us want to return.

Nothing I can thing of all things considered!

It's exactly as the reviews suggest. We were a bit skeptical as it's a B&B but if they had the whole building it would be a very good hotel and put many 3* hotels to shame. The room was spacious, clean and all up to date. Including the bathroom. Franco & Tina are super warm and welcoming people. We were visiting for a wedding and they attended to our every need, from getting my linen suit ironed to supplying a decent hairdryer. Upon arrival we were given a free lemonchello miniature + water and when asking for glasses brought warm donuts as well. Also, though not asked for or needed our bed sheets were changed the second night with hearts scattered across the bed. A really nice touch indeed. For breakfast we were given fresh tomato and cucumber every morning, along with bread for toast, cold cuts, cereals, yogurt, pastries & coffee. Plus Franco serving us his famous omalette and me getting my much wanted homemade Tiramisu from Tina. The property is about a 10min drive to the centre and there is a supermarket 5min walk away if needed. We booked this place less than a month in advance and considering the prices of hotels in the area when looking, we were more than happy with our stay here & the cost.

Absolutely nothing

Wow! EVERYTHING! Tina and Franco were accomodating and hospitable hosts. The room was clean, huge and had sweeping beautiful views of the mountains. Tina cooked breakfast every morning - most of the food was picked straight from her garden and all eggs were produced by her chickens. A lovely selection of breakfast options. The apartment is situated in a beautiful quiet area of Piano di Sorrento which is perfect for anyone wanting to stay outside the tourist belt. Train station was right next to the apartment and local shops were very cute along the main street. A nice and enjoyable 20-30 minute walk to nearest beach. Tina and Franco were very responsive via Whattsapp and provided me with lots of information and tourist leaflets about what do in the area. They went above and beyond in every way. I will be back!!

This was by far the best B&B we’ve ever stayed; it felt like we were staying at private resort 5 star hotel. The owners were very helpful and gave us all the information and recommendations. Tina is cute and sweet, and every detail of the room and breakfast was beautiful. The room was big, clean and had amazing views, it felt like a honey moon suit. Decoration was impecable. They also gave us free water and limoncello in the room. The neighborhood was absolutely adorable, walking distance from the train/restaurants/shops. We booked 2 boat tours to go to Amalfi and Capri, and the location of the hotel was pretty close to the port where we left for our tours. Super convenient! People staying in Positano were coming to the same port near Piano. Breakfast was delicious, lots of options to eat, and they also made us fresh eggs from their own chickens and an amazing cappuccino. Would recommend this place 1000x and hopefully can return someday.

Excellent location close to the train. The room is very spacious and full of light - beautiful decorations. Franco was really helpful and is a lovely person. When we arrived, he remembered I forgot to pay for parking, went downstairs, and paid himself so we could have breakfast.

The owners were amazing, and made us feel so welcome. There were small things provided for us that you wouldn't have even thought of, (including one day a delicious homemade tiramisu), and the breakfast was freshly prepared for us everyday. An unforgettable experience would definitely recommend

Didn’t like leaving !

Tina has really moved the bar up for other B&B hosts . First off She has created a wonderful space in the 3rd floor Apartment. (There IS an elevator , old style , but used it for luggage. ) Our room was double the size of a normal hotel room . It was beautiful and everything we needed was there . Bright and clean. We were met by Franco and he not only got us settled in, but walked us to where the car park was nearby . Which is also a train station . (5 min away) . The location is great . 2 blocks to scooter and car rental that Tina recommended and was professional .The local restaurants they recommended were 5 minutes walk away and great food . Tina made us breakfast every morning and brought eggs from her own chickens . Also Tina gave us some good tips for the Amalfi Coast driving .

The only thing we missed were some (wine)glasses in the room.

Tina and franco were very nice. They happily explain everything you need to know to have a great holiday. They make a very okay breakfast and even when we were leaving early to another city one day, Franco made us breakfast to go. The B&B is located really close to the train station which will bring you to sorrento in 4 minutes. Besides that there are also busses that stop in the village itself and bring you to positano and amalfi for just 2 euros.
