It would be nice to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room - perhaps with a biscuit or two. The breakfast vouchers were fine, but a cafe a little closer to the accommodation would be more convenient.

Only negative may be the very small (could only fit one suitcase and one person in) and slow lift if you are not able to walk up all the stairs to get to the fourth floor of building

Great central location very close to Verona arena. Large room with private bathroom and mini fridge stocked with bottles of water. Staff at check-in were very kind and welcoming and gave us recommendations on what to see and do as we only had one day to explore.

Unfortunately there was no luggage drop off option in the morning before check in. No breakfast available on site because of covid restrictions which I was not aware of during booking.

There is absoloutely no way you can leave your suitcase before check-in time or after check-out time. Staff was not flexible or thoughtful at all to try to find a solution. I had to wait for literally 30 minutes for then to fix the card machine for me to pay for my stay. I foind the service very unprofessional.

Property calls itself luxury but doesn’t offer a basic service like keeping luggage. I paid 20 euros to store at a local site. The manager will respond “it is noted on the listing” and true I didn’t see it. But at the prices they charge, the employ of the word luxury and the Booking.com platform, I took for granted the very basic service. Another point: room has a step immediately inside. The young woman told us on arrival and navigated without issue. But on 2 of the other three times I entered the room I nearly tripped. Perhaps a reminder on the door would work. A weird fantom sink in the room.

Location is fabulous. Centralissimo. And quiet. Room is large. Good storage for longer stays.

Full disclosure, only spent the one night so judgement is based on very brief experience, room was on 4th floor, stairs a challenge, the lift was little short of terrifying (briefly got stuck on 1 occasion), breakfast included is a ridiculous claim, you get a voucher for a coffee and pastry at a cafe a considerable walk away

The bed was very uncomfortable. It was creaking by doing the slightest movement. The room was very dark and not very spacy. Furthermore, the staff was not very nice, as we couldn't store our bikes somewhere. We had to bring them to a private garage. There is no opportunity to park your car. So you have to pay 30€ for an extra parking which is a 10minute walk from the apartment.

The location I great. You can walk to every tourist attraction. It is very central and this is the only great aspect.

Facility hard to access. 16 stairs to reach very small landing for access to very small & slow moving elevator (max 2 bags & 1 person per trip). Bad if traveling with more than carry-on luggage. Zero luggage storage for pre check-in or post check-out. No staff except at pre- arranged & specified check-in/check-out times and specified breakfast times. No check-in before 2pm. Check-out a strict 10am, no late check-outs. 3 breakfast seatings: 8:30-9:00, 9:00-9:30, 9:30-10:00am. Breakfast minimal, rationed quantities with staff creating atmosphere of "eat fast & leave" within appointed 30 minutes. Zero customer service/sensitivity -- told where cab stand & luggage storage lockers located (3-6 blocks away) but no help calling for cab. A "virtual" B&B. Worst stay in any B&B in 35 years of international travel. FAR WORSE than last Verona B&B experience. Will NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN.... EVER!!!!!!!

The bnb is in a house with other occupants, lift temperamental, so no atmosphere. Air conditioning unit under the window didn’t really keep a larger (superior) room cool. The breakfast, now served again in the bnb, was frankly awful, coffee tasteless, croissants unrecognisable as croissants, very limited fresh fruit, - apples - sliced packaged bread, no plain yoghurt, no offer of eggs, and had nothing to do with being in Italy so avoid breakfasts unless this is what you like.

Location was excellent, especially for the arena, and room was spacious, bed comfortable.

They did not even empty trash bins or make the bed even though I stayed for two nights. I don’t expect changing towels, but emptying trash bins is the least that should be done in a b&b if you pay over 180€ per night. They schedule people for breakfast which is perfectly fine, yet why had the cheese and the ham been on the table in the sunshine so long that they sweat already? If you serve toast for bread, why not toast it? Wifi didn’t work at all with two devices I tried, nor could their wifi network even be found. The room is spacious but furnished with Ikea furniture which makes it look a bit cheap. Some lamps did not work in the room. Also the lift did not work even though I only wanted to use it when going down with the suitcase. I wanted to bring up these matters during breakfast before check-out but the person working there didn’t speak English. My overall impression on Verona is that many companies just want to rip off tourists who come there because of the opera. Now I’ve been there and will not go again.

The wifi in the room wasn’t that great. Also to note you have to arrange check in with them as the front desk is only open certain hours. Additionally, they cannot hold luggage, but there’s a place a 5 minute walk away that charges by the hour. They do share all of this in advance.

The location was terrific. Very convenient. My room in the tower was small but comfortable. Note: there is a flight of stairs to that room. Great water pressure.

they only have customers service from 2pm to 7pm so if you have a problem or question there is no one to assist you. The place is nothing like the photographs. the light on the bathroom gets very hot and I accidentally got burnt, no one cared and no one responded when I told the staff about it. the wifi didn’t work, again, no one available to help. terrible place.
